Clean up your Trash

View

2009_01_29_10_08_50pdf000Adam and I need everyone to make more of a conscious effort when dealing with your personal trash and general decor, especially now that we are short handed. When disposing of your cardboard, don't just leave it on the floor in the warehouse, that just means someone else has to clean up your mess. If you use or leave garments in the R&D Room, hang them up when you are done.

I have gone through the makeshift cardboard trash pile that was created in the warehouse and returned all cardboard to their respective owners.

For future reference I have attached a diagram that shows where trash, cardboard and recycling can be disposed of.

Thanks P.K.

Meeting someone famous

PK and I spent Sunday filming with Greg Nevolo from Ardica Technologies, using an Infrared camera to capture all the heat that our new Dutch Oven vest was pumping out with the new Ardica Power System. When we were done, we ran into someone famous. You never know what's around the corner. Keep your eyes open.

Always.

It's not always about pay

I love this note, because it came to me from a senior editor at a publication that will remain anonymous, but it so clearly demonstrates what people will do out of passion. His is passion for the product.

"By the way, just put it through the acid test.  There's more than a foot of snow in the yard, it's been spitting snow all morning, and the temp just slipped below freezing.  Went out, hooked up the garden hose, and had my wife pound me with 40+ gpm through the hose for more than ten minutes."

"On one hand, Chuck isn't paying me enough. On the other, your jacket was outstanding."

Make sure that you are heading outside at least once a day.
