What people rarely see from behind the curtain is the long line list of product ideas, opportunities, and general wish lists for the next 5 years. Some of these product dreams have merit for the masses, others would be great for 10 unique individuals, while some are true game changers. Spending the time weighing the pros and cons, articulating the value propositions, and finally pulling the trigger takes incredible patience.
Getting the right product at the end of the day is a celebration of this process, but sometimes it's just luck.
