Awesome pack, instead of loading up your jacket with calls, phone, shells etc. I can easily fit everything into this bag including drinks,cameras, and stuff above.Well made as should be, very comfortable and looks awesome! Outside straps are nice to strap jackets and base layers when the weather warms up. I've used it one whole season without any problems.

Took one or two times out, but have become a big fan of this pack. Only issue is with shell storage while hunting but I was able to remedy that somewhat and organize the bag to accommodate my hunting style. I put all my loose shells in the front pouch while hunting in a blind. Just be sure that if you aren't hunting back to back to air out the front compartment or your shells will rust pretty quickly. Like all sitka gear, it appears to be made well and hopefully will last longer than the blind bag I have been using over the past couple of seasons. (I would hope so with the cost!) Waterfowl hunting 30-40 days of the season takes a toll on gear and I am planning on this pack to roll with the punches.
This pack is one way to change the way you hunt. Before this pack came out, I was always switching bags and packs to bring out to the field, unable to find the right one that worked for me no matter the location, specie, or weather I hunted. Not any more! I have not left my house with waterfowl on my mind without this pack since adding it to my list of gear a year ago. It has fallen through the tules and sat in the pond full of gear for 10 minutes without taking in any water. It has been stuffed to the seam's maxim capacity on multiple occasions with additional gear attached to the outside of it, without fail. I am also not the most gentile with it and I have yet to run into any problems. As a matter of fact, one of my close hunting buddies ran over it with his truck during a three point turn. Still, it is ready to hunt tomorrow. Thank you Sitka for my favorite pack!
I leave my blind bag at home now. This is my go-to gear bag for the blind or boat. It keeps everything dry. It has three large pockets that hold plenty. Only thing I would change is the d-ring clip on duck lanyards, The little plastic clip holding on the lanyards is not strong enough to hold more than 2 ducks. It needs a metal clip.

A. Sometimes credit/debit card statements contain two transactions, but this is only a temporary scenario. When a purchase is made, an authorization is placed on your card to temporarily hold the funds on your account. This is not an actual charge on your card. Once the order has been shipped, this authorization becomes an approval and charges your account at that time. The authorization will drop off your account within 2-3 business days (depending on the financial institution).
