Exceptional quality which I have always found to be the case with all Sitka gear I have. Definitely a heavier shirt. I am a stocky guy 5'-10" 220 lbs. and the XL is perfect. Not too baggy around the torso or long in the arms. The length is also perfect. Not a dress shirt cut, so it easily can be worn out and not tucked in.

Owning the Off-Season
A good coach once told me that “being lucky” is actually just being prepared. It was a valuable lesson and one that also applies to the backcountry. Now is the time to prepare with a purpose, not the week before the season starts.

At first review, this seems like a great shirt. However, upon receipt the drawback of this shirt is that its buttons are too big for the button holes. It takes a long time to unbutton and rebutton this shirt. Never before, have we had this problem with any shirt. We plan to put this shirt through its paces in the coming weeks and revisit this issue at that time.
Stay tuned.
Purchased this on sale. I'm 6'1" 200lbs and bought size large, fit is comfortable and slightly roomy. The material feels durable and the shirt is not overly casual and formal enough to wear in mixed settings, the tail makes the shirt look good untucked.
Being 6'5 presents it's own set of challenges when trying to order a shirt online via "sizing chart". With an athletic build, I initially ordered a medium. It would have fit great other than it was tight around the shoulders. When I exchanged for the large, this became one of my go-to shirts. Just like everything Sitka, it is durable, comfortable, and seems as though it is going to last for a long time. Two thumbs up!
Material and quality are good, but as with many Sitka products, the sizing, at least for me, is an enigma. I'm 6'2, 210 lbs. and in most clothes, an XL or XL Tall is just fine. I'm more average/athletic sized. For my other Sitka products, I've learned to purchase a size larger because it seems stuff runs on the small side. No difference with these shirts. They fit, but a bit snug for a work shirt and don't allow much comfortable room for mobility or minimal layering. The length is just below the beltline, which makes it awesome for an untucked work shirt. For you thinner folks, an XL should be fine. More muscular or broader shouldered women, tranny's, or guy like me, order a size up. I'll be exchanging the ones I ordered for XXL. An XL Tall would likely be a great middle ground. Your sizing people are killing me.
