I have always loved wool. This is one of the best I've worn in over 40 years. Absolutely love them!

Base layer bottoms are not heavyweight by any means, more like a mid weight…but very comfortable and surprisingly long enough for my height 6’4”… most other base layers are way too short..not these.

The Top actually is more like a heavyweight with a rippled/pillowed lining.

Would still buy again for the wool properties and wicking advantages.

Quality seems to be really good. Ive worn these a few times in temps ranging from 30 degrees to 60 degrees. I have been very comfortable during the sits. I did get a little sweaty during a long walk in on the warmer days, however these pants are super efficient at moisture wicking, so I never got cold or stinky. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a good lightwieght, warm, moisture wicking base layer, and I may even buy another pair myself!

It's called heavyweight but to me it's not. I was expecting a much thicker product. It fits nice and feels nice.

Product is definitely amazing. Great for normal hunting conditions when it’s cold. But you will need to throw another layer on top in negative temps.

Supppppppper lightweight and if anyone has sweat in merino wool...IT STINKS! Not this at all! 5/5 without hesitation! Under waders these do the job, in super cold conditions I would definitely add another insulating layer on top!
