The Jetstream Jacket is the mountain hunter’s workhorse, keeping you comfortable and focused in cool temperatures, high winds, intermittent precip, and everything in between. The GORE® WINDSTOPPER® Softshell fabric is 100% windproof to minimize the effects of windchill. Yet it expels perspiration, forming a microclimate around your body that is both warm and dry. With proper layering, it will take you from the first coldsnap to the end of the season.
Lightly insulated with moisture-wicking Micro Grid fleece, the Jetstream Jacket is athletically cut to fit your form and eliminate bulk. The highly durable 4-way stretch polyester weave, aggressively articulated, offers free range of motion. The dropaway hood keeps your head and neck warm, and cinches to seal out drafts. With an advanced Durable Water Repellant finish, light precipitation beads up and rolls off, helping to keep you dry when small storms crop up. Two zippered hand pockets, two zippered chest pockets and a single breast pocket cache necessities like your rangefinder and GPS unit. A strategically located forearm pocket is perfect for diaphragm calls or wind checker(available on the Open Country version only). Full pit zips create efficient convective cooling during periods of high exertion.

When I first got this I didn't think I would like it much because it isn't very quiet. But now that I've worn it a bunch, I really like it. While varmint hunting in eastern Montana this spring in the cold wind and light rain it was incredibly warm and comfortable. It is rather snug fitting, so layering can be a little tough, but unless you're sitting still for long periods, it works great.

I have purchased many items from Sitka Gear. The Jetstream Jacket is the absolute best jacket they make in my opinion. I wear this jacket hunting and also for everyday use and it never has failed for me. I am planning on purchasing my second here soon. I have never had an issue with any of their products and am super happy with everything I own.

This most definitely is one of my favorite Sitka products that I own. I originally had purchased it for a school jacket, but I've used it for much more. It is the perfect jacket for all season, it has been more durable than I expected and also very warm! The first week I had it, I got a big chocolate stain on it and was very worried, but surprisingly any stains have come right out.

One of my favorite go to pieces. Windproof and durability. The pit-zips are awesome and make it a perfect outer layer. Layering is a must in colder weather but this jacket holds its own in the milder temps. The only minor gripe I have is the sizing. To be able to layer properly for my body shape I had to go a size bigger than usual, this seems to be a trend with the way technical clothing is being cut these days. I wear a large in everything else, but had to go XL for the Jetstream Jacket. Not really a problem but something to consider.

Doesn't breathe well enough for me during high exertion hunting (unless it's really cold). However, I do wear this as an every day jacket and have been very impressed with it's ability to keep out the wind.

A. Yes you can. Note, that products must be unused with hangtags still affixed and must have been purchased direct from Sitka Gear. What method do you use to ship your products?
A. All of our orders are shipped via FedEx. Standard Ground, 2-Day or Overnight deliveries are available. Additional charges do apply for express shipments, oversized items and/or duties & customs into Canada.
How do I track my order?
A. If you have entered a valid email address through the checkout process you will receive an email from FedEx with your tracking number when your shipment is processed.
How long will it take to receive my order?
A. We make every effort possible to get your order processed and shipped in a timely fashion. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of order placement. If an item on your order is backordered or out of stock, you will be contacted by a Sitka Gear customer service associate to discuss alternative options.
Why do I need to create an account to order online?
A. Creating an account with us helps speed up the ordering process for you and allows you to keep track of your order history, as well as manage your profile information online.
Why does my credit card show two charges?
A. Sometimes credit/debit card statements contain two transactions, but this is only a temporary scenario. When a purchase is made, an authorization is placed on your card to temporarily hold the funds on your account. This is not an actual charge on your card. Once the order has been shipped, this authorization becomes an approval and charges your account at that time. The authorization will drop off your account within 2-3 business days (depending on the financial institution).
Can I cancel my order?
A. We may be able to cancel your order but can only do this by telephone. Please call us at 877-SITKA-GR as soon as possible after you have placed your order. Otherwise it may be too late, as we try to process and get orders out the door as quickly as possible.
