This trail-ready pant gets updated with a new five-pocket design and slimmer fit than the original. It still boasts water-resistant, quick-dry performance and a rugged stretch fabric for easy mobility and lasting comfort.

Please Note: compared to past versions of the Territory Pant, this pant has a slimmer cut that will fit tighter in the legs and ankle cuff. The knife pocket reinforcement was also removed for a more streamlined look.

I almost didn’t order a pair because of the reviews! Glad I did! Yeah the legs are a little slimmer fitting, which I don’t like baggy pants. The material is stretchy and light weight. Only thing I don’t care for is how the bottom won’t really fit over my boots.

Old style was a baggy on the top half for me but I prefer those over the new style. The new top half fits better but leg bottoms barely fit over a boot. I don’t like skinny jeans! And pockets are so shallow they’re practically useless. Come on guys! Whose designing these?

I have a ton of Sitka (and other mfg) gear and these pants are the first ones I regret purchasing and should have returned. I have 2 pairs purchased at the same time and they are an odd material and odd fit. They run a little large and have a flared hip area that makes them look like MC Hammer pants. They also feel like the parachute pant material that is not soft or quiet. Should have returned these but hoped they would fit better and soften up after being washed and worn a few times. Didn't happen. Recommend trying these on somewhere first if you're blind buying.

The old style was excellent. Used as every day pant and hikers during the off season. New version is a skinny jean fit and is not useful in every way. 1) pants no longer fit over boot; 2) EDC magazines visible in pockets now; 3) so tight that you cannot use pockets. I have 3 pairs of the old version and they are my favorite pant. what happened to the great pant?

Absolutely disappointed that you guys decided to take the best everyday pant on the market, remove features that made it great like the knife patch, and turned it into skinny jeans. The new everyday pant is 98% cotton, which makes it borderline useless as an everyday pant. These were a staple in my closet, but no longer. Not excited about the direction things are going.

Why! Why! Why did you change the design of these pants! What moron thought this was a good idea! The old style Territory pants were my favorite items you made! The fit was awesome for us tall guys! I am a preppy city boy that needs to look hip! I need a comfortable pant I can wear in warm to hot weather! Y’all seem SO out of touch with what us, the folks in the field need.

Put a knife pocket on each side, it's low profile enough to do so. Size them to fit handgun mags as well. Then, put the zippered security pocket on both the right and left side, and hide it just under the pocket flap. No need to be showing everyone the zipper plain as day. If it's too tight on the legs, yes, it feels weird at first. But it can be overcome. Personally, I have had baggy "bell bottom boot cut" pants get caught on too many sticks and barbed wires to ever use something too loose again. There's a reason people try to design an athletic fit, it's because baggy chafing BDUs don't move with you that great. However, if I wanted a baselayer tight, I would've bought that. If you're looking for a hunting pant, I would look at Sitka's other offerings.

These pants are insanely comfortable and a chameleon. With a sweatshirt or t-shirt they look rugged and trendy, but then put a button up on and they fit right in at the office or a night on the town. Well done Sitka. I now only need two of these and two pairs of jeans and I have an entire wardrobe, ha. They fit true to size. I wear a 32 waist in most pants and the 32 was perfect.

VERY bummed that they no longer offer these in a tall. It is next to impossible to find pants that fit right being 6'5, 220. I have bought no less than 10 pairs of the old style in a 34T, I'm addicted to the "phone pocket" on right leg and the ability to wear work boots without them looking stupid over the boot. "skinny pants" aren't my style whatsoever so unfortunately, I will have to find an alternative moving forward which really sucks. This is my first negative review of any sitka product and hopefully not a sign of what's to come.

I personally like the new fit (5stars for that)… BUT I miss the old features like the articulated knees, pocketknife protection guard, as well as the “mud” color. I believe both pants could co-exist in your product line to be honest OR meet the middle between these two great pants in a single design with all color options. I wear both types just about everyday. I will be buying more of these for the simple fact that these are the best “ everyday wear”, most comfortable option in the product line-up.

I’ll start with saying Sitka’s redesign is perfect and the Territory Pant is awesome. Well done! This pant is perfect for a hike, wearing to work, or going out. Second to all of the negative reviews they obviously don’t understand what these pants were built for. I highly recommend these for everyday wear. Thank you Sitka for understanding that with your everyday wear and hunting cloths that a slimmer more athletic fit is better and more practical.

The new territory pants are much different than the older ones, and are more everyday/travel focused. The fit is more streamlined and looks better for going out with friends, traveling, wearing to the office, etc. They new knife sheath keeps your knife from contacting your phone. Lightweight and breathable. They are my go to everyday pant now. If you keep in mind that they’re a different pant then the old version if you had them, you’ll be very satisfied.

Please Sitka, don’t make us wait an entire year to have the old style territory paint brought back. The new style is made for younger yuppie people that have never been hunting before in their life. They are skinny jeans. And anybody who’s done what we do in our life doesn’t wear skinny jeans. What was your designer thinking? You need to hire the designer from last year‘s territory pant. It was one of the best products you guys had last year. Bring it back please. Because this new style is absolutely awful. The pant is absolutely awful. They’re not made for any human muscle structure that requires you to go hunt for a cold walk up a mountain. Please bring them back, please bring the old style back. They were absolutely perfect. After the hundreds of perfect reviews last year why would you ever want to change them. Whoever came up with that idea was not listening to the customer.

Should he called TERRIBLE, not TERRITORY .
The redesigned pants are pretty much awful in every way.
First, they don't make tall sizes. So now after being a big fan of these pants with having several pairs I literally can't wear them.
The redesign fit is like a tight euro fit. I have no idea how the pants fit over any shoes or boots without fitting like a wetsuit.
They removed the main front pocket reinforcements where a knife would clip to.
Instead they added a smaller pocket on JUST THE RIGHT SIDE which I assume is for a pocket knife.
The material is light but the new front pocket panels are more highlighted with the new design so the pants look uglier.
There's no longer a secondary zippered back pocket so if you're traveling or just don't want your wallet pick pocketed then your screwed.
I mean everything they have done to this newer version is much worse than before. C'mon Sitka these pants are terrible.
