Returns & Exchanges

There may be cases in which you want to exchange or return a new piece of gear due to a concern about size, product expectation, color, etc. Gear must be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date.

All items being returned for refund or exchange must have the original hang tags attached, be unused and in new condition. Underwear cannot be returned.

Then you can start your refund or exchange.

NOTE: In the case of refunds, we will credit the original credit card used for the returned item(s) upon receipt. 

Where do I send my return or exchange?

Once you have completed the Return Authorization process outlined above, you will be given the Return/Exchange shipping address. Please do not send any returns or exchanges to our Bozeman office unless instructed to do so by our Customer Service team.

What You Can Expect

Step 1

Follow the link to access the online form and choose the item(s) you would like to return or exchange to create a Return Authorization. 

Step 2

Make sure your Return Authorization number is on the outside of your shipping box. 

Step 3

Ship your item(s) using the service of your choice. Make sure to keep tracking information for your records.
