Refunds will be credited to the original credit/debit card used at the time of purchase. Additionally, only items purchased directly through sitkagear.com can be refunded through our website.
Exchanges can be made for a different size, color, or pattern of the purchased item, based on availability at the time of processing at our warehouse. Shipping cost of the new item is on us.
To provide a safe work environment during COVID-19, our warehouse is currently operating with limited staff and reduced capacity. Due to these restrictions, the return and exchange process may take 2-3 weeks to complete.
All products returned for a refund or exchange must be sent back within 60 days of the original purchase date with a Return Authorization #.
Each product must have the original hang tags attached, and be unused and in new condition. Underwear cannot be returned.
Once the Return Authorization process is complete, you’ll be given the return/exchange shipping address. Please don’t send returns/exchanges to our Bozeman office. Make sure your Return Authorization # is on the outside of your shipping box and to retain your tracking number.
Due to a required quarantine period of all incoming items, there may be a gap between your tracking number showing your return is delivered and receiving notification that your product(s) have arrived.
