Refunds will be credited to the original credit/debit card used at the time of purchase. Additionally, only items purchased directly through sitkagear.com can be refunded through our website.
Exchanges can be made for a different size of the purchased item, based on availability at the time of processing at our warehouse. Shipping cost of the new item is on us.
Please note, we do not offer exchanges for different items or colorways. If you would like a different item or colorway, the correct process will be to send the item back for a refund and repurchase.
All products returned for a refund or exchange must be sent back within 30 days of the original purchase date with a Return Authorization #.
Each product must have the original hang tags attached, and be unused and in new condition. Underwear cannot be returned.
Please don’t send returns/exchanges to our Bozeman office. Make sure your Return Authorization # is on the outside of your shipping box and to retain your tracking number.
