Returns & Exchanges

PLEASE NOTE: We are experiencing longer than normal processing times. Please allow up to 12 to 14 business days after delivery for your return to be processed. Processing time does not include shipment transit time with carrier. Thank you for your patience as we work to get your return checked in as fast as we can.

Refunds will be credited to the original credit/debit card used at the time of purchase. Additionally, only items purchased directly through sitkagear.com can be refunded through our website.

Exchanges can be made for a different size, color, or pattern of the purchased item, based on availability at the time of processing at our warehouse. Shipping cost of the new item is on us. If an exchange item is out of stock, a refund for the item will be issued.

Due to inventory constraints we are not able to provide exchanges for waders.

All products returned for a refund or exchange must be sent back within 60 days of the original purchase date with a Return Authorization #.

Each product must have the original hang tags attached, and be unused and in new condition. Underwear cannot be returned.

Once the Return Authorization process is complete, you’ll be given the return/exchange shipping address. Please don’t send returns/exchanges to our Bozeman office. Make sure your Return Authorization # is on the outside of your shipping box and to retain your tracking number.

Please Note: You are responsible for the return shipping of your package.
