REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
There may be cases in which you may want to exchange or return a new piece of gear due a concern about size, product expectations, color, etc. Gear must be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date.
All items being returned for Refund or Exchange must have the original hang tags attached, be unused and in new condition. Underwear cannot be returned.
Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Returned items should be sent with the SITKA Gear return form and a RA# received using the above link. Gear received without a RA# or proper return form will be sent back to the customer. Please write your RA# on the outside of the box.
Typical turnaround time for Refunds and Exchanges is 3 to 4 business days from when we receive the product, but may be longer during periods of high volume. For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service (such as overnight or 2nd day).
In the case of Refunds, we will credit the original credit card used for the returned item(s) upon receipt.
WARRANTIES AND REPAIRS
We stand behind every product we make. If you are unhappy with any of our products at the time you receive them, please send them back. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable cost.
While SITKA Gear is built to be tough, it is not invincible. It will be put to the test, encountering limbs, barb wire, rocks and other conditions that may harm or damage the gear. We will try to repair damage caused by normal wear and tear, such as L-Shaped Tears or Punctures at a reasonable cost.
By law, garments sent in for Warranty or Repair must be CLEAN; you must wash used garments before mailing. Dirty garments will be returned without a resolution of your return. On Repairs, please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Typical turnaround time from date received for a Warranty Repair is currently 4 to 5 weeks, but may be longer during periods of high volume. Warranties can be expedited but please call our Customer Service Team to facilitate.
