About the Role: We are looking for an Environmental Designer to join our team.
This position will be located at our Bozeman facility in Bozeman, Montana, with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.
Responsibilities:
Generate innovative ideas and concepts for experiential projects (retail stores and brand activations) in collaboration with leadership and cross-functional retail and marketing
Develop spatial layouts, interior designs, and key experience concepts for owned retail stores that enhance the overall brand experience and drive consumer engagement
Design and execute brand activation experiences for events, ensuring the brand message is effectively communicated and resonates with target audiences
Work closely with brick-and-mortar partners to design and build and execute scalable retail sets that align with brand standards, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand experience
Incorporate multi-sensory elements into designs, considering lighting, audio, and interactive technologies to enhance the overall experiential impact
Continually monitor emerging technologies and trends in retail design, integrating innovative solutions and interactive elements into the design of retail spaces
Oversee the end-to-end design process, collaborating with internal teams, external vendors, and retail partners to ensure the successful execution within established timelines and budgets
Manage the production and installation of experiential designs, ensuring the final product meets or exceeds the established design standards for retail environments
Work closely with retail partners and leadership to understand the vision, gather input, and incorporate feedback into the design process while ensure alignment with the brand’s objectives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Experiential Design, Interior Design, or a related field
Minimum 5 years
of relevant experience as a designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful retail projects and/or brand activations
Minimum 5 years
of experience leading internal and contract creatives
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar tools
Strong understanding of spatial design principles, retail architecture, and visual merchandising
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Versatile and innovative problem solver with a proven track record of delivering successful initiatives on time, on budget, and in alignment with strategic goals
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, leadership, and retail partners
Familiarity with fabrication processes and materials used in retail environments

Required Qualifications:

About the Role: We are looking for a talented Retail Planner to join our SITKA Gear Supply Chain Planning team, with a focus on the expanding Retail Channel. The Retail Planner will collaborate closely with our Retail Channel Leader product team and Retail Merchandiser to develop compelling assortments and strategic supply plans for our store-level consumers. This role involves creating sales plans that align with company initiatives, merchandising, and marketing strategies, ensuring optimal inventory levels in our stores.

Responsibilities:
Develop Retail channel Demand Plans across various business categories that meet revenue targets and KPIs through collaboration with sales, marketing, finance, and product development teams
Analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Use data insights to make informed decision and recommendations to management
Create and maintain Retail channel in-season sales forecast. Use in-seasons trend forecast to identify opportunities and risk to the seasonal plan
Identify and manage slow-moving or obsolete inventory to reduce excess stock
Maintain accurate size requirements for the Retail Channel to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize stockouts or overstock situations

About the Role: Sitka is looking for a Retail Gear Guide to join our team for the opening of our Mall of America store. You will provide customers with a premium experience and excellent customer service in an engaging and authentic way. You value the opportunity to help customers find the gear that supports their pursuit. In this role, you will report to the Store Manager.
This is not a remote position. This is a contract position located in Bloomington, MN
General Job Duties:
Authentically engage with all customers to provide exceptional customer service and experience
Become a brand expert on all things SITKA
Actively participate in reaching sales and other KPI goals
Assist in inventory procedures including floor replenishment, third party orders, shipping, receiving, cycle counting, etc.
Uphold premium merchandising standards that create an exceptional customer experience
Execute store cleaning responsibilities
Provide an excellent checkout experience for all sales, returns and exchange transactions using POS
Assist with store events
Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience:
At least 1 year of customer service and/or retail experience preferred
Ability to effectively and accurately complete POS transactions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of outdoor gear preferred
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Must love outdoors, hunting knowledge preferred
Excellent verbal communication skills
Physical Requirements:
Stand for the duration of the shift
Move and process shipments
Ability to lift 45 lbs
Operate general office equipment (phones, computers etc.)
