About the Role:
SITKA Gear is looking for a Creative Content Producer to join our team via a contract position. This person will be responsible for bringing the SITKA Brand Aesthetic and Voice to life through seasonal content and creative campaigns that derive brand loyalty and profitable growth.


  • Responsible for realizing the visual identity through visual content creation of the Brand by delivering high quality content
  • Plan and organize external photography and videography resources from brief through post-production
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and visual identity
  • Multi-faceted and innovative problem solver/producer who can deliver and launch initiatives on time, on budget and on strategy
  • Set project schedules and manage calendars for creative including both internal and external creative partners
  • Negotiate and manage project statements of work, estimates, RFP’s and execute complex creative campaigns
  • Manage the production of content, creative and experience from initial briefing through delivery of final product –review execution and provide/compile feedback at key milestones – from briefing to final deliverables
  • Work with Brand and Creative teams on photography/video/copywriting and campaign content needs while tracking to the seasonal and non-seasonal editorial calendars
  • Responsible for managing in studio and on-location photo shoot requests as per editorial calendar
  • Ability to clearly set expectations and deliver to a creative brief

Required Qualifications:

A proven ability to understand the brand at a deep level and lead an in-house and freelance team of creatives in translating the brand into powerful experiences through a variety of mediums. A highly resourceful self-starter with an analytical mindset, possessing a deep understanding of story telling principles, contemporary creative execution and the life of a core Sitka customer.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to managing many priorities and projects at once
  • Proven understanding and success in discovering and telling remarkable stories
  • Deep understanding of premium brand communications and how they create loyalty
  • Have experience and appreciation of the hunting lifestyle
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast paced, demanding, deadline driven environment
  • Ability to influence key internal and external stakeholders to drive initiatives to completion while successfully developing lasting relationships
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Creative thinker, articulate and persuasive and able to communicate initiatives and outcomes to our leadership team

  • Ability to travel (20-30%)

Digital Asset Designer


About the Role:
We are looking for a Digital Asset Designer to join our SITKA Gear team in Bozeman, Montana on a contract basis. This role will be key in designing digital assets to support a comprehensive consumer experience in the SITKA Direct Digital ecosystem.


  • Lead the curation and design of digital assets including email, .com, social, and digital ads
  • Define look & feel for e-comm specific campaigns through the development of holistic visual treatments implemented across channel
  • Continually raise the bar on creativity, designing fresh visuals that connect with the consumer and drive action
  • Partner with internal creative team members to maintain visual standards and best practices across the digital ecosystem
  • Partner with internal marketing teams to implement global visual and messaging directives for key product launches or brand initiatives
  • Facilitate digital agility by partnering with e-comm team to deliver timely and relevant assets in support of commercial priorities
  • Work with broader Digital team to implement learnings from regular analysis and reporting on digital campaigns that leads to actionable change

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital marketing or at least 2 years experience as a design resource at a either a leading outdoor brand or agency with digital implications
  • Understand of the digital landscape, trends and consumer behaviors
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround times
  • Passion for and understanding of hunting, the outdoors and the culture around it
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the proven ability to coordinate with internal and external e-comm, marketing and creative partners simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills allowing for the execution of multiple competing priorities
  • Willingness to travel 10%
