General Job Duties:
Stock Management
Assist with receiving and unpacking new inventory, checking for accuracy and quality
Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, ensuring products are easily accessible.
Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory reconciliation processes.
Monitor stock levels and promptly communicate any shortages or overages to the store manager
Assist in stock replenishment on the sales floor, ensuring merchandise is neatly displayed and easily accessible to customers
Ensure all product displays are properly stocked, tagged, and labeled.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor, including product racks, shelves, and fitting rooms.
Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and register reconciliation.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, using the store's point-of-sale (POS) system.

This is not a remote position. This is a contract position located in Atlanta, Georgia
General Job Duties:
Own execution of the store events also including participation in setting of strategy, scheduling, outreach, contracting, and in-store asset management
Take brand directive from the Retail Experience Manager and execute all creative, merchandising, and marketing needs in the store
Own the execution of visual merchandising standards by training and driving standards with the store team
Assist with in-store promotions by providing signage, emails, paid social and any other needs to execute promotional activity
Support showcase merchandising and storytelling installations by providing the asset selection, end-to-end work with vendors, and set-up and take-down
Own execution of the store social media also including participation of setting strategy, execution of strategy, and monthly KPI reporting
Act as a manager on duty for staff and customer experience
Provide support to the sales floor team and the inventory management team to provide customers with an excellent experience
Qualifications & Experience:
1+ years’ experience in marketing and/or event planning
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround times
Passion for and understanding of hunting, the outdoors, and the culture around it
Strong interpersonal skills and the proven ability to coordinate with internal and external partners simultaneously resulting in highly positive relationships
Effective project management skills and experience allowing for the execution of multiple competing priorities
Social media management experience preferred but not required
Photography experience a plus but not required
Experience as a retail store key holder preferred
Physical Requirements:
Stand for the duration of the shift
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Operate general office equipment (phones, computers etc.)

SITKA is seeking a Retail Store Sales Lead to join our team in our Atlanta, Georgia store. In this role, you will report to the Store Manager. You will provide leadership support and direction to the store team and successfully execute company strategies. You will help coach and motivate a team of brand advocates who in turn will provide a premium customer experience. You drive store profitability by upholding store operational and visual merchandising standards. Model brand service standards to help drive excellent customer experience
Coach the store team on SITKA standard of customer service, brand identify, product, and operations
Create and support a culture of customer engagement amongst your team
Provide a timely response to daily, weekly, and monthly tasks assigned by Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager
Ensure timely execution of distributed goals and tasks assigned to the sales staff
Execute opening and closing procedures
Become a brand expert on all things SITKA
Assist in inventory procedures, allocation, and replenishment, third party orders, shipping, receiving, cycle counting etc.
Work with the Visual Merchandiser to uphold merchandising standards to create an appealing in-store experience
Maintain cleanliness of the store by executing and upholding cleaning standards
Operate the POS to complete all sales, returns and exchange transactions effectively and accurately
Assist with store events
Qualifications & Experience:
Positive attitude that goes above and beyond for customers.
1+ years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
Previous retail knowledge (POS, Inventory, customer service, and sales) preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of outdoor gear preferred.
Must love outdoors, hunting knowledge preferred.

Ability to lift 45 lbs.
