Warranties & Repairs

While SITKA Gear is built to be tough, it is not invincible...

Your garment will be put to the test, encountering tree limbs, barbed wire, rocks, and other conditions that may harm or damage the gear. We will try to repair damage caused by normal wear and tear or accidents, such as rips or punctures, at a reasonable cost. We will only begin the repair after you have approved the cost.

If the damage is deemed to be caused by a defect in manufacturing, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item at no cost to you. All warranties receive a pre-paid shipping label from FedEx within 5 to 7 business days unless located in Canada. All garments sent in for Warranty or Repair must be clean.
 

Unwashed garments will be returned to you without a resolution of your claim. Please be sure to empty all pockets of ammunition, liquids, sharp objects, personal effects, etc.

Depending on the time of year, damage ,and amount and/or type of work required, our repair process can take an average of 4 to 8 weeks.
