Big Game

Gaining access to private land can be an intimidating hurdle for most hunters, but it doesn’t have to be. In fact, knowing how to ask permission can be a hunter’s secret weapon, especially when it comes to accessing public land drainages only reachable via private land or, even, opening up a door to private land access for years to come.

This is a great piece of gear! Light weight and durable. While it isn't designed for all day rains, it does perform very well in an all day rain in my experience. 3 1/2 stars and not 4 simply because I feel the zippers are a bit light and could be a bit more durable.

This is a must have in your pack to keep the wind and rain off of you! I was archery elk hunting in Colorado when an afternoon thunderstorm rolled through and dumped rain on us. Luckily, I had the Flash Pullover and was able to stay completely dry until the storm passed. I then stuffed it into it's own pocket (about the size of a baseball) and threw it in my pack for the hike out, as you'll overheat quick if you're wearing it while hiking. My dad wasn't as lucky and forget to bring his, so he was soaked when we met back up. It's safe to say, it's now a mainstay in his pack.

This is nice versatile garment- part windshirt, part hardshell. It doesn't breathe as well as some of my other windshirts, but hunting I'm typically not traveling as quickly. What it has over my other windshirts is that tames high winds better and is much more water resistant- to the point that if the forecast is favorable- I leave my hardshell at home. This garment is very water resistant. The hood fits nicely and is adjustable. The sleeves have an adjustable closure- a nice feature not seen on other windshirts. A few nitpicks- I would prefer it to be full zip, easier on/off and better ventilation, with just a very small weight penalty. I'd like to see the cut just a little longer- I'm 5' 11" with a medium length torso- with it's adjustable hem, a little extra length wouldn't hurt a thing, but would help. A good garment that with a few tweaks would be even better.

One of the most versatile pieces I have. It packs into it self and I always have it near by. Windy, drizzling, chilly. You throw this on and your good to go.

Great idea and great choice of fabrics. Size XL is my size and the Flash pullover has good fit everywhere except for lengt. It rides above my belt buckle and I have a 2" gap on my belly when lying in a normal shooting position. The short cut exposed my belly and dumps water into my crotch.
