I’ve been really impressed with Sitka. I received a set of their rain gear as a tip from a client, and after some use the zipper stopped working. I reached out expecting a bit of a process, but their customer service was excellent—quick response, no hassle, and they sent me a replacement right away.
What really stood out was how easy they made it. No runaround, just solid support. On top of that, the gear itself performs great in wet conditions.
It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their product like that. I’ll definitely keep buying Sitka. As a guide I recommend Sitka all the time, over anything else. My favorite saying is 'when you buy something else it just makes your Sitka product more expensive. '
