Description
This is the warmest puffer jacket we make, built to be light and packable for the ounce-counting big-game hunter on their coldest hunts. Made with 800-fill PrimaLoft® Gold down blend, the insulation resists clumping in wet conditions maintaining warmth when you need it most. A 27D ripstop face fabric makes the HyperDown Jacket as tough as the conditions it is worn in, and it is cut to fit over your other layers and optics harness for rapid deployment.

Extremely warm for the weight. I often wear it with a t shirt under for daily use on cold mornings when it’s going to warm up during the day. Packing it in the backcountry is not a problem

The jacket is extremely warm (as long as there's no wind). Warmth to weight is incredible but the jacket is anything but durable. Would love to see this jacket with the face fabric of the old Kelvin Lite down.

I bought this to wear over bibs and other layers for cold whitetail sits in December in KS, where it is often in single digits. I was able to wear around town on a few sub-zero days and it was extremely warm. While not technically wind proof, I did not feel any wind though it despite extremely cold windy days. Great hand warmer pockets and interior storage pockets. The shell seems a bit lighter weight so I don’t intend to bust brush or sit against rocks in it. Overall I love the piece. The only minor complaint I have is that the item on the website has a monochromatic logo, which I wanted. The item I received has a bright white logo, which seems to align more with a previous year’s version but I paid the full current price for it. Not sure if that is the case or if the website photos are just incorrect.
