This is the perfect light weight pack for every day necessities. I use it for carrying basics, extra shirt, food whatever. Folds up nice. Super light and comfortable.
This is an amazing piece. It is meant for carrying water back to camp, but I like to use it as a daypack. It worked great for going to get water in Montana on a backpacking trip. Then it served as my day pack the next morning. I carried enough stuff for my girlfriend and I for about 5 miles up to the next lake that was on our trail. That included two packable rain jackets, two small ziploc bags full of snacks, a water filter, a water bottle, a sitka ascent shirt, and a zoom lense for a camera. I probably wouldn't take much more than that in it, but it worked fine. It packs down small enough to fit in a large cargo pocket or anywhere in your big backpack. I also use it to retrieve trail cameras and other small tasks around home like fishing. For anyone who doesn't need to pack a lot, this pack is for you. I took away half a star only because in warm weather, it makes your back sweat extremely bad since it's not breathable. But that's a minor issue that probably won't happen this fall. In archery season, I'll carry a rain jacket, core heavyweight hoodie, a few snacks, a water bottle, and possibly a down jacket and camera.
