great "looking" item but I cannot get it over my head! I wear a 7 3/4 hat and I cannot even get over my melon. I wish it would, it looks warm but is a total waste of money for me.

This product is great for keeping your neck warm. In addition, you can pull it up over mouth and nose. Seemed like a bit of a frivolous purchase at the time, but I'm glad I had it.

A must have in the blind bag. It’s big enough to pull up over mouth and nose while you are checking the sky for birds. I hunted several days in single digits and was never cold.

This neck gaiter lives in my kit once the weather hovers around freezing. The inside fleece material is extremely soft next to skin and keeps my neck, ears and chin snug and warm as needed. This can be used with most any jacket/coat but I generally use it with the duck oven jacket, and a brimmed toque on top. This combination helps the duck oven hunt colder than it would normally would for me, and the neck gaiter keeps things warm while allowing great visibility and movement in the blind.

Great product! This is the warmest thing I think I have ever worn. Looks great in the optifade and works great in those cold brisk mornings in the blind.
Ross Evans | 12. 12. 18
Very warm and keeps the heat inside and the cold out! Perfect hight/length, it allows for you to slip the majority of your face into the gaiter without it balling up like some of the others I have owned in the past. Easy purchase that keeps you warm. Won't go to the tree stand without it!

Buy one. Trust me. It’s amazing.

Wonderful piece of equipment to have on those cold days. Light weight and super warm! And if it does get wet, it dries fairly quickly. Would get full stars of it had a tapered design with the front longer and back shorter - a little bulky on the back of the neck, especially when paired with the Ballistic Beanie.

Amazing piece of gear! Has kept me warm and is very soft. Best neck gaiter for the money. Only wish it was about 2” longer.
Martin Cote | 10. 28. 18
Warmest piece of clothing I own! This neck gaiter is the best addition to my late season kit! I always wear the face mask that comes in my Sitka hoody for early deer season but this gaiter in now my go to piece for late season! Keeps my neck and face toasty warm, not too bulky and allows me to stay out for an all day sit!

One of the most comfortable pieces of hunting gear I own. I wear a face mask and a beanie when I hunt and this fits in perfectly. Keeps my neck warm on those days when it's in the teens and single digits, but doesn't collect moisture. I'm really happy I got it for Christmas last year and highly recommend it if you hunt in cold areas.

Fantastic piece of gear. So warm and comfy that the wifey stole it and I had to buy another one. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make this in a solid color for us skiers and snowmobilers Sitka, please.
Baker Leavitt | 02. 23. 18
most comfortable piece of hunting gear I own. It keeps my neck warm while at the same time making me feel extra concealed in the blind.
Life in Camo | 12. 25. 17
The best performing neck gaiter I have ever worn, hands down. It is amazing how this neck gaiter does not condensate against your face like other thick fleece neck gaiters. Fits well, not too tight and it stays in place regardless if you are using it for a neck gaiter or neck gaiter/partial face mask. I can even pull the back of it up over my ponytail and it stays in place without restricting my movement. This neck gaiter is my go to for all cold weaher hunting.

This an amazing piece of gear I wouldn't be with out it on a cold January day sea duck hunting on the Maine coast. This thing keeps the wind out and the heat in. It's also really comfortable to wear!

This is one item that is always in my pack for cooler days. It’s amazing the amount of heat you lose through your neck and up from your core and chest. The gaiter is super soft and comfortable. Very thick and extremely warm. Adding just this piece can make the ditterence between a cold and miserable hunt to a warm and comfortable one. Highly recommended piece!

This thing is as warm as they come. Girlfriend got this as a Christmas present and it's absolutely awesome. I usually put it on for the boat ride in and out. I have to pull it down or take it off all together when putting out decoys or when setting up. Absolutely can't say enough nice things about this piece.
Caleb Smith | 01. 17. 17
This thing is the bomb especially when driving a boat when its cold out. The fleece really helps break up the wind. I do prefer not to have this on when actually hunting however as it can be a tad bit bulky when trying to look around. I found myself constantly having to adjust my hat and or beanie one day this year while leaning up against the blind wall trying to peak up at the ducks, the bulk of this gaiter kept pushing the back of the beanie and or hat up on my head. It is what it is though, its made to be warm, I still Highly Recommend owning one of these.
John McElfresh | 12. 11. 16
Wearing one right now and I've been in 22 degree weather for five hours. This thing is working! I highly recommend this neck gaitor.
Matt Roy | 11. 29. 16
This is a must have for any hunter! I have 1 in each camo. Once my hunting buddy's saw them they all purchased one. Always have one with me. Makes those cold morning sits much more enjoyable.
Erik Gagnon | 11. 29. 16
Absolutely LOVE this neck gaiter and is a MUST HAVE item especially in these northern states. I recommend to everyone I meet or take out in the field. As a Registered Maine Guide, I spend many hours in the fields, woods, marshes, and bogs. It is imperative that the gear I choose keeps me warm, dry, and lightweight. Great job!!
Chris Nyhus | 11. 26. 16
Hands down a must have for every hunter. You don't realize how much heat is lost through your neck, until you strap this baby on. A deadly combo when added with the beanie.
Bob | 11. 15. 16
Once again, the common Sitka flaw in headgear...too darn small! I am not that large, 5'10, 200 lbs but with a large head (7 1/2) and thick neck. This item will not fit, as much as I'd like it too. PLEASE sitka, make us some larger headgear!
Steve | 01. 22. 16
Very warm and very comfortable. I would suggest putting it on once you get to your destination unless you're fighting biting winds and cold temps. It's really that warm. I couldn't believe it until I purchased it. Reasonably priced piece of gear that helps keep you warm and comfortable. I highly recommend it!
Jay | 01. 13. 16
Best neck gaiter out there hands down.
Jake | 11. 17. 15
For guys with beard stubble. This is the most comfortable gaiter I've ever owned and the only one I've ever put on that didn't pull my beard. I usually keep some stubble up to a short beard. I can finally turn my head without feeling like tweezers yanking out all my hairs. Dealt with it for years until I came across this beauty. Sitka definitely hit a home-run with this one
Sean | 10. 10. 15
A must have, period. I've already gifted this to two people.
Matt McLeighotn | 06. 05. 15
Jason Nailed it! Pair this piece with a wind stopper beanie and you'll be bullet proof. It still allows you to have full range of motion while staying warm. It's a very simple design.
Braxten | 11. 23. 14
Wish I could give more stars! First off, let's start by saying extremely comfortable, very warm, and surprisingly windproof. Like in some of the other reviews, it is something to always have with you in cold weather. The thing that came to a surprise to me, was how breathable it was. For being as big as it is and have the fleece inside, I was able to hike miles upon miles with it over my face. In fact, it's so good, that sometimes it gets a little too hot. Which is nothing to complain about. Highly recommend this product to anybody in the low temperatures. Definitely buying more for different occasions!
Franck | 11. 06. 14
Two things, ultimate comfort and warmth. The ultimate neck protection for the hunter's who hunt in cold situations.
Jason | 12. 27. 13
This beast is warm as heck! I was actually TOO HOT on a mountain lion hunt wearing this thing. If you are on the move, take it off. If you are riding snowmobiles or quads in single-digit temps, just pull this thing on and you are all set! Keeping your neck warm is tough in the wind, but this is a great "necessity" for glassing, sitting in a duck blind or on stand during a rut hunt. As a Gore product tester I try to understand how pieces can work together to maximize function without adding bulk or redundant layers. Couple this with a Sitka Windstopper beanie and you have one heck of an option for cold weather hunts.
