How to Take
Your Measurements

Bend your elbow and put your hand on your hip. Measure from the center of the back of your neck, along the shoulder and down the elbow to the wrist bone.

Wrap the tape measure under armpits, around the fullest part of your chest. The tape measure should be snug, not so tight that it constricts breathing, yet not so loose that the tape measure slides down. Don’t puff out your chest. Stand relaxed while measuring.

Measure your natural waist, which is the narrowest part of your abdomen, between your ribcage and hips. Stand relaxed while measuring.

  • 4. HIP

For hip circumference, measure around your fullest point, approximately 8” below your natural waist.

  • 5. INSEAM

In a standing position, measure from your crotch to where you want your pants to end, breaking at the top of the shoe in the front and just above the heel in the back.

  • 6. GLOVES

With hand partially closed, measure over the knuckles and around the hand, excluding the thumb.

  • If Waist and Hip measurements do not match up on the chart, choose a size that is between the two to find the best fit.

Ex 1: If your waist measures 28” and your hip measures 40”, typically the best fit would be a size 29.

Ex 2: If your waist measures 27.5”, and your hips measure 38”, typically the best fit would be a size 28.

I’ve been wearing the downpour pant during the rainy bow season and I wouldn’t wear anything else! This durable waterproof pant allows for flexibility and are pretty warm for being a rain pant. Perfect for up north! I’m a waist 28 and the size small fits perfect and allows for layering.

I bought these pants along with the jacket, they have held up as I spent hours in the rain hunting whitetail. You can easily wear a layer underneath for colder hunts. In early season they do get warm during the downpours but I prefer to be dry and warm than cooler and soaking wet. I agree with the other reviews, additional pockets would be a game changer. Compared to other brands there is minimal noise when moving, which is rare for rain jackets.

Love these pants! Great for hunting and dog training and trials. I’m 5’4 145 lbs and I wear the medium. Still gives me plenty of room for layers under. I’d for sure recommend trying them on in person at a local field and stream or cabelas or order a few pairs online to try on! Love them. Very breathe able and super comfortable. I don’t get hot in them at all.

5 stars. I love these pants. True to size, and fits my curvy booty perfectly. The fabric is quiet for sneaking in to your stand and warm/waterproof. I recently stepped into a creek and misjudged the depth - not a drop of water came into my boots or through my pants. Roomy enough to wear a thicker underlayer for warmth on those cool days. Just wish they had more pockets! Give us a back pocket and a wider opening to the pocket on the front and they would be perfect.

I bought these pants because they were windproof and the ability to wear layers. I just got back from a mule deer hunt in the ND badlands with snow, -15 degrees and 40+mph winds and they worked awesome. I wore a base layer and the downpour pant and stayed warm and dry. I crawled and laid in the snow, sat on a windy butte to scout and hiked several miles per day. The women's fit was perfect unlike having to wear my usual men's hunting pants. I got into some cockle-burrs and what wasn't rubbed off by the time we got back to the pickup brushed right off easy. The pocket on the thigh was nice to have and in a perfect spot, just wish there was more! I kept trying to put things in my back pocket (license, wallet and had no where to put my knife & extra shell, etc). I would like to see another thigh pocket, 2 front hand pockets and one back pocket. I would still buy these pants even without more pockets.
