ELIGIBILITY: To participate, you must be a legal resident of the United States (excluding Rhode Island) during the promotion period, and you must be age 18 years or older at the time of entry. You must have successfully completed the Hunters Safety Course before 5/29/24. Your participation constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. No purchase necessary to participate or win. Promotion is subject to all applicable taxes, laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of W. L. Gore & Associates, Inc., their immediate family members (parent, child, spouse, sibling) and persons living in the same household as such individuals (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate or win.
PROMOTION PERIOD/HOW TO ENTER: Entry is through sign up at www.sitkagear.com/giveaways from Wednesday May 29th to Thursday June 27th 2024 11:29pm Mountain Time. We will need to collect certain data about you (such as name, email address, phone number, Hunters Safety Number) and you are required to complete a release and waiver of liability for the Lodge as a condition of entry. Limit one entry per person. Three (3) Winners will be selected by random drawing by June 27th. No “plus one” spaces are included or available for spouses or guests, as the number of participants on the hunt is strictly limited. The drawing judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: Three chances to win. Value of each grand prize is estimated at a maximum of $6,000, inclusive of domestic Flights (Round trip to Salt Lake City), lodging, transportation, and complimentary SITKA gear system. Travel dates: form 9/15/24 to 9/22/24 If a winner decides to decline the prize, there is no cash value alternative. Prizes may not be transferred or sold. Winners shall be responsible to all applicable taxes. Sitka reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Odds of winning based on number of participants. Winners will be notified by e-mail or text message prior to July 10th. *Winners must accept the prize by return email within the first 24 hours after being notified via email. Past the 24hour deadline they will be automatically disqualified from the giveaway.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: All entrants agree that Sponsor may, without permission or additional compensation, publish Winner’s name. All entrants must have a valid e-mail address, and a valid Hunters Safety Number at time of entry. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunction or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the "Authorized Holder" in whose name the e-mail account is registered, provided that person meets all eligibility criteria set forth in the Eligibility section of these Official Rules. "Authorized Holder" shall mean the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
