I am active duty army stationed in alaska. Did a feild trainig even in JAN. Temperatures into the -40 every day and some days even colder than that.
I lost my havy gloves in the first couple days and pretty much just used this muff and some thiker contacts gloves the entire time. Multiple soldiers i worked with got grade 2 frost bite or other cold weather injuries even with higher end mits and gloves.
I 100% attribute this product to having not received any cold weather injuries. It didn't just protect my hands but with a couple hand warmers inside kept them nice and toasty.
