I love this hoodie perfect weight for temps in the 50’s. The sleeves are a touch short idk if that by design because I don’t have that problem with any other Sitka piece I own.

Ambient hoodie

I absolutely love this hoodie! It's light and warm. I wear it for everything from golf to cruising timber. This hoodie is great for layering under other jackets for additional warmth when needed as well.

Greatest hoodie ever

This is the softest most comfortable, durable hoodie I own. I bought two in optifade and two in green. I wear them hunting all year and even around the house. I wear it to the gym. I even got The guys on our swat team to wear the green ones under our kit for every day use. These are the nicest sweatshirts you can buy.

Great layer - upsize one for the right fit under the arms - athletic build - slightly long in xl at 5'9" - but a great piece for moving without having to strip down in cooler weather here in Western Colorado.

My favorite

I have size medium for next to skin and large for over long sleeve t-shirts and daily wear. Second time buying it since my wife keeps steeling the first because “it’s so warm and cozy” Very comfortable. Excellent breathing to warm ratio. I wear it every day and every hunt. No rips with the old or new one.

Solid piece

Very comfy and perfect for 55-65 degree days. My only issue is the sleeves are too short for me. Now knowing, I’d order a “tall” in the future. Aside from that, it’s a great piece

Ambient hoody

Extremely happy so far. This piece is lightweight, super packable, very comfortable, great range of movement, super warm for weight and relatively wind resistant as light as it is. This hoody fits very well under exterior clothes for an excellent mid layer in colder temps. I would highly recommend this piece for those looking for a great stand alone in mild temps and perfect mid layer when temps drop.

This has become my new

This has become my new favorite hoodie! I love the weight of it. I'm looking forward to elk season, and finally having the perfect addition to my layering system.

Great active layer

Used this recently on a 5 day back country elk hunt in Colorado. Was the perfect layer to throw on over my baselayers to keep warm during glassing, or while cooking dinner at camp. Was breathable and warm and kept me comfortable hiking at temps in the 50s.

Bought the ambient hoody for

Bought the ambient hoody for Alaska goat and sheep hunts. Haven’t had a chance to use it much yet but the quality, construction, and fit are excellent.

Performance

The Ambient is a fantastic insulation layer: it’s warm when you’re still and breaths well when you’re on the move.

Better than I thought

This is has become my favorite shirt. I love the weight and breathability. I have worn this numerous times as a base layer matched with a light jacket. Perfect for 40 degrees days. The oversized front zipper is awesome as it allows easy on/off. The hood when not worn doesn’t interfere with my jacket and lays flat.

Really like this pullover! Great weight. I'm wearing it like a sweatshirt. Fit is great. Only thing I would change is the cuff on the sleeve.

GREAT LAYERING

Comfortable, light weight with unbelievable warmth. Have been wearing it for the last week in ND under my Grindstone jacket down to 30 below windchill with no issues. Great layer and looks great.

Perfect for Spring or early Deer season

Light-weight, breathable but gives you that bit of comfort you need for the Spring or Early Fall days where the temps start cool and then warm up. Easy to pack away when not using!

Favorite sweatshirt

This is easily the best sweatshirt I’ve ever owned. It fits perfectly. Warm but not too warm. I wear it everywhere not just hunting.

Great pullover

I wish there were more offerings in the ambient line. Especially more colors. I really like the pullover, it's been a be awesome jacket. It's really warm, but doesn't get too hot. I normally wear a Large but had to get a XL in this.

As expected

I wore this deer hunting in temps from the upper 30s to low 60s in combination with a jetstream vest and/or jacket very comfortably. It’s a little early to tell on durability but the hoodie seems well constructed and I’ve had no issues yet.

Runs small

Was excited to get this jacket for everyday use, as well as early turkey in the south. Unfortunately the jacket was too small, as compared to all other Sitka pieces (large in everything). I returned and will probably just stick with the hooded 100 instead.

Nice piece of clotjing

Really digging this piece. Good on its own or under a shell. So far, happy with it. Great fit, huge fan of the ambient line. Went with the XL as the L was a bit tight on the shoulders.

Nice light weight & comfortable.

As the title says it’s a nice light weight hoody, really like it for early season when it’s too cool for a t-shirt & not hot enough for a jacket or heavier hoody.
