Best Sitka Pant
These are my favorite pants that Sitka makes. The fit is perfect, not to tight not to loose. I really wish they would make more color for these like Coyote, Lead, and Black. I’m about to order more.

Great pant, need inseam options though
Wore these for a late season hunt with long johns underneath. It was amazing active hung and these did great. Looking forward to trying them in warm conditions. Would be cool if they had side vents. I'm also a thick boy and need a 36 waist with 30" inseam for a better fit. Would buy a lot more sitka gear if that was an option.

Had I been able to try these pants on, I would not have bought them because I was unaware that there were no back pockets. The material feels like it’s high quality, and they’re are comfortable, but since there are only two cargo pockets and normal front pockets, I feel like these pants kind of miss the mark.

I ordered for sept elk archery. I accidentally ordered 34” initially and normally wear 36”. They were too tight. Had them replaced with 36” and they fit great with no belt. By the end of season had lost 10# and they were a bit loose, but still did not use a belt. No damage to the pants for this season. Great pants for warmer weather. Need to be moving if wearing on cooler days or mornings.

These pants are paper thin
These pants are paper thin which is exactly what I wanted for early archery season. However, I was incredibly surprised by how though they are. I've put over 30 miles in them this season climbing over deadfall and slipping down ridges without leaving so much as a mark on them. Only negative thing I can say about them is they are not good for odor control but there really is no such thing as a breathable and orderless at the same time. I highly recommend these pants!

Absolutely PERFECT for Septembr in Colorado
Bought the Ascent pant in Subalpine - 36R for an early September elk hunt in northwest CO. Mornings were low-mid 40's and the afternoons were a sweltering mid-high 80's. these pants were PERFECT. They were warm enough with no base layer in the mornings and were breathable for the afternoons. Also, the added slot for knee pads was wonderful. I pulled my pads from my Mountain pants and put them in these. Knee-savers! Seriously couldn't recommend this pant enough. A note on sizing: I am 6'3", roughly 220lbs with an athletic frame. The 36R fit to size (I'm typically a 36 waist), but there isn't any extra room up top if you put on a few lbs. If you want a looser waistline, go up a size.
