Love the Back40 boots! Can’t wait to use them to chase down some trophy whitetail.

Good boot for the money

I'm normally not a rubber boot guy, but these boots are awesome. . . . comfortable and insulated well for cold to mild hunts. . . I normally wear a 10-1/2 shoe/boot. An 11 is a little too loose for me so I opted for a 10. A little snug, but fits great and are like your favorite pair of shoes.

Bought these for my husband after doing some research. Been wearing them for season prep and stated multiple times how comfortable they are.

Great boot just run small/ tight

Could be a super comfortable boot. I normally wear 11 in the wader boots so I order same size in these. They fit great length wise but super tight over the top of the foot. After a few miles they loosened up but not completely comfortable

Top of boot gets tore up easy

Overall a comfy boot. Giving it 4 stars because I walked through some thorns on the very first day of wearing them and the fabric on the top of boot has some stitches out of it already.

Back40 boot

So they are the most comfortable boots I’ve ever had right out of the box but the only downside of them is the durability from my personal experience. So I’ve had them for one year now and I have not been easy on them and they have already cracked in multiple places and a few slices. So that takes the waterproofing part out of them.

Comfortable Boots

Very comfortable boot. I typically wear a size 10. 5 in most hunting boots, but because I have a narrow foot, I purchased a size 10 and they fit perfectly with regular socks. For colder weather and heavier socks, I would likely need a size 11. Overall, these have become my new favorite hunting boots. They're comfortable right out of the box, and I’m seriously considering buying a second pair specifically for cold-weather hunting.

Waterproof, durable and easy to take on and off

Love the boots. I’ve wore them hunting in cold, climbing rocky terrain and stood in creeks fishing with them submerged underwater and my foot were still swarm and dry.

I recently received my Back40 Boot and the timing was impeccable. Living in south Louisiana and experiencing recent heavy rains and thunderstorms these boots provide the protection and comfort as advertised. I borrowed my son in law’s pair during this past hunting season and they were too big for me. I ordered myself a pair in my sneaker size and they fit perfectly. Thanks Sitka!

Workhorse Boot

Bought for cold field hunts, these boots are rugged and warm! Paired them with the heavyweight socks and I’m convinced they’d survive in -30.

Great boot, on the heavier

Great boot, on the heavier end when it comes to rubber boots however they are really durable waterproof and warm during colder days. Alternatively if you’re looking for a really warm lightweight boot i would go with the Ventlite warmer, lighter-weight, and more breathable.
