The boot is extremely comfortable but i wish it was a little narrower.

True to size

So when I say true to size, I mean the actual measurement of your foot. I wear a size 10 work boot however I went with a 9 in this boot because the size 10 left 3 finger width of space. But fits well and extremely comfortable. Get a tape measure and measure your foot from heel to big toe or longest toe. Thanks.

Very comfortable boot. I used these boots during spring turkey season. Very muddy during the season and these boots performed amazing.

Great boot! The only reason I didn't give this boot 5 stars was because I couldn't order them in a wide size. Other than that great boot.

Nice Boots

Really nice boots. They just run a tad small. For the size I got, I'll run thin socks for spring turkey & early season archery. Im going to get another pair 1 size up so I can wear thicker warmer socks for colder temps in later archery season.

Great fit

I bought these in preparation for this next winter so no comment on wet and cold. By walking around the yard they feel great. Snug fit but still the right boot size and true to my normal size. which I think can be good and good. Good now as the boot does not slip. But also concerned it might make a pressure point or make it tough to wear thick socks. Does not seem the overall boot size would effect that.

These boots are AMAZING! Been

These boots are AMAZING! Been using them for turkey hunting, but because they are so comfortable I'll certainly be using them for all kinds of other outdoor adventures such as dog training and fishing (might even wear them for field hunts for ducks, dove and geese). They don't feel as heavy as a typical Muck Boot, which is a game changer in my eyes. Super waterproof and all day wearable and yet somehow very breathable. I don't feel like I walked barefoot through a swamp when I take these off. SITKA knocked these out of the park. Just be careful, they run about a size small, or at least for me. I'm an 11 in a hiking boot and tennis shoe, but had to go with a 10 for these.

The boots arrived quickly, they fit to size, and are very warm.

Fit and Feel so far is worth the $$$

I’ve only had them for a few weeks, it’s spring and haven’t done any hunting yet. But from just wearing them around my place to get a feel for them, they seem like they’re comfortable and the fit is true to size. They go on and come off with very little effort and aren’t to snug around the calf’s. Really looking forward to giving them a good workout this fall.

The breaking on the boot was quite rough but since then they fit perfectly and performed exactly as I excepted.

Absolutely love these! Ultra comfortable and not too hot even in spring/summer. They are very light weight even on lengthy walks.

Sitka Back40 Boot

After struggling with another top end, name brand boot during last year's turkey season, I decided to give them a try. And I'm sure glad I did! Fit is true to size which doesn't occur too often in a rubber bottom, at least for me. They're surprisingly lightweight and flexible to move about in. Most notable for me are the treads, which make it much easier to navigate uneven or muddy terrain. A bit pricey, but they are definitely worth it, in my opinion.

These feel like you are wearing sneakers. Amazing. I can't wait to get them out in the woods.

Comfort

I’m a disabled veteran that loves the outdoors but could never find a comfortable muck type boot, until now. As soon as I put them on, my first thought was OMG. . these feel amazing !!! I was skeptical about the ad stating that they fit/feel like a tennis shoe but decided to try them because SITKA products has never failed me before and boyyy was they right. . !! These Back 40 boots are worth every penny !!!!

Not what I expected

I have a lot of Sitka and love all of my clothing however the boots I was looking forward to were not what I expected. Back 40 Boots were Bulky and heavy unfortunately. I’ll stick with my old ones

These are by far the lightest and most comfortable water proof boot i have worn. i would recommend these to anyone looking for a rubber boot for all day use.
