Very nice jacket loads of comments from people. Vey warm and comfortable. I live in Texas coastal area so the jacket is a little to much T times. But I love the jacket fit look and feel. Please make one than is lighter maybe uninsulated with the same materials.

I live in southern Ohio, right on the Ohio river. I work on my family farm in very cold, windy, and wet conditions, I've been drenched time and time again. This jacket has never failed me or let me down. I'm always dry and warm in this jacket, it is my go to no matter the case. (Also perfect for those late in the year Friday night football games) If you're out in direct sunlight you can feel the heat being pulled throughout the jacked perfectly dispensing warmth all over your body. I highly recommend adding this to your arsenal!

Ordered this for for my son for Christmas. Soon as he saw the email with the Berber Jacket he was all over me getting him one. So it was a perfect Christmas gift right as the temps started to drop here. Ordered the medium and fits him just right to also allow layering a hoody on under but warm enough to just don a t-shirt. Its also a good looking jacket and goes with just about any outfit. A lot of complements come along with it.

Ordered a men’s small originally because usually everything I get in Men’s is size small. The very bottom of the jacket (that sits typically on someone’s hips) where you begin zipping it up has NO elasticity and I could not close the jacket to zip unless I lifted bottom of jacket above my hips. Sitka quickly and efficiently traded my small for a medium, the bottom is still pretty tight but I make it work because the large would definitely be too big in every other aspect minus that area. Other than that, I wear this jacket on the daily and it’s VERY warm and comfortable.

Keeps my core nice and warm which is great because I am cold-natured. I have worn it outside every day. My only complaint if any, is that the band on the bottom doesn’t stretch or give in any kind of way. It chinches up with the elastic provided, but there is no give in the fabric itself. I’m female and usually wear a women’s medium. I purchased a men’s small. It fits well through the body and zipper, but when I zip it up, because the bottom band has no stretch it goes up over my rear and really accentuates those curves. Wish there were some black, not camo, Sitka Bluff Berber pants to go with it, then I would be completely warm.

I ordered the natural heather color first and was not excited about the color, its a lot lighter than the photos. I really liked the fit and warmth of the jacket though so I exchanged it for the charcoal heather and really like the color on this one. Fits great as is and I can fit a layer underneath comfortably.

I love this jacket! It is really warm and does a great job of blocking the wind. I am 5'-7" at 155 lbs, the medium fits great for everyday wearing. I only gave it 4 stars because it is pretty snug in the shoulders, so you cannot wear a few layers underneath it. I had thought about wearing hunting, but it was difficult to take off the dakota jacket once I put it over it. It also restricted movement some due to the being tight in the shoulders with the Dakota jacket on top. It wasn't designed for it, but if there was a little more width in the shoulders, it would make the ultimate base layer under the dakota on really cold day hunts.

Overall a good jacket, but it is much larger than a normal medium jacket. It is for sure a large in most other active type jackets. Also, the jacket does not have anything that can be used to hang it on a hook. Since the jacket is double ($$) what a typical fleece is, it is disappointing. Even on sale, I would not purchase again. I've had it a month, and find that I'd rather wear one of my other jackets.
