These are awesome wore them in Alaska. They are awesome dry and no wind goes through them! But could use a pockets on inside to hold phones on cold!

Incredibly rain bib

Was hesitant to pull the trigger on these rain bibs at$500. I was tired of purchasing rain gear that was advertised as “The Best” and have them not stand up to the hype. Well…Sitka delivered on these beauties. First time wearing them was in a driving rain storm in the Northeast saltwater environment and they stood up flawlessly. Worth every dollar

Great bibs

Guiding in Alaska requires many different types of gear. These bibs are lightweight, easy on off and keep you dry during our crazy Alaskan weather. I highly recommend them for anyone who needs to stay dry without the bulk of putting on waiters.

Great material and waterproof but poor functionality.

The pros of these bibs are they are very waterproof, light weight, very breathable, and easy to get on and off. The cons. And this is a big one for me. The cell phone pocket on the chest has magnets that aren't strong enough to actually keep your phone safely in that pocket. I've dropped mine several times now, luckily not in the water. That has to be made with bigger magnets or a zipper. There's nothing worse than losing a cell phone when out of town fishing. The color options of these bibs is strange as well. Many anglers use bait that has red,pink, blue, or chartreuse dye in it. For these anglers if feel like a black set of rain gear is very warranted. Guaranteed more black bibs will sell than that blue color Sitka offers. Mine already look horrible from all the bait stains. I have the tan cat 5's. I think this line will be excellent when the minor kinks get worked out.

Great bibs with one problem

Great bibs in almost every way! Very comfortable and the fit is great. Only one very big complaint. The zipper doesn’t go down far enough for a man to do what he needs to do after a cup of coffee or a couple beers. I have to take my jacket off and pull the bibs down below my waist just to take care of business. The fly should go down much lower! A double zipper would be great so you can zip up from the bottom. Little thing that is a pretty big deal on a rainy day.

These are super dry and light. However, I’m 6’1” and 238 pounds. Length could be longer or sicker could offer a XLT option. Overall very dry and comfortable to wear for long hours. Just wish they were a little longer.

So far so good

Only owned for a few weeks been out in a few downpours and kept me warm and dry.

Really nice lightweight bibs, these

Really nice lightweight bibs, these will be great bibs for the summer time when you want a wind break in the morning. I will say I wish they had some reinforcement on the bottoms where they might drag on the ground a bit. Also, wish the chest pocket for the phone had just a normal zipper instead of the magnet system. I also wish there was another thigh pocket on the other leg. Other than those few things, I do really like the fit and how lightweight the bibs are.

Best bibs ever

These are the greatest bibs I’ve worn. The fact that they stretch is incredible.

Fits like normal rain bibs

Fits like normal rain bibs to bulky and huge buckle hits on railing when dealing with fish.

A game changer for bibs

Have finally had the chance to get these out on the water and couldn't be happier with their performance. I've tested a lot fo bibs in my day, and these are a standout. The utility applications like the zippered pockets and dedicated plier holders really show that this team is paying close attention to what anglers want. Also, the belt system is second to none. A lot of bibs look like potato sacks, but these have a great clean fit that are comfortable from sun up to sun down.

Great product, great for layering. It is a tad larger than my other Sitka gear which are all in medium size.

Impressed!

Its been a struggle to find rain gear that is comfortable and you don’t mind being in. So far so good with the Cat-5 !!

Great Bibs!

Only used once - but they kept me dry and were comfortable. Fit to size (XXL)

Great mobility

Constant up and down movement from driver’s seat to bow makes the full stretch Gore Tex on the Cat 5 bib a must for any bass angler. Pair that up with well-placed technical pockets and you’ve got a set of bibs that don’t weigh you down when the only thing you want weighing you down at the end of the day is what you put on the scales.

Stayed dry and protected

I’ve wore the Cat 5 bib from Mag Bay to the pan handle of FL. In nasty weather and salt spray they keep me bone dry and protected. I love the stretch in the Gore Tex and the full length zipper.

The new standard in tournament rain gear

The new standard for Bass tournament rain gear. The CAT-5 bib is well made and will serve tournament anglers well. I’ve owned several different brands of rain gear in my 25 plus years of tournament fishing. The new CAT-5 jacket and bibs are the best I’ve had. I do wish the bibs came in the iron grey color to match the jacket.
