I really like the fit of the shirt and the feel. The 220 is a great layer or mid layer depending on the weather. Really like it. I would say for me, I needed an XL at 5’-9” and around 210 as I don’t like things super tight on me. I wouldn’t say it runs small but if you are a bigger frame and weight the sizing is small compared to other clothing brands out there. I wouldn’t say say it is true to size but order based on the fit you like.

This wool isn’t scratchy for my body. It’s very nice fitting and works great as a base layer for colder days, or just a good looking shirt for days when a long sleeve is appropriate. The fabric is substantial enough that I’m not worried about it tearing, but the 330 wool is notably thicker. I prefer this anyways as I run warm It runs true to my “Sitka size” which is a large pretty much across the board
