Wind stopper champ

First time I wore this was on a golf course in December in Western pa. Was windy all day and never felt it. Second time was duck hunting and Temps were low teens all morning,the thumb holes help me not to have to where gloves, best money ever spent

Core merino 330

I was constantly cold with the core merino 330 next to my skin. I could not get warm. I had to wear a shirt under it to get the result I was looking for. Almost like wearing a silk sheet. It was odd

Best under layer

Obsessed with this as an under layer. Wicks sweat like no other. Keeps me warm and dry.

This is my new favorite layer. Fits good under a jacket if need be. Warm but not bulky so it works good for me durring bow season

I wear a little merino wool under my heavier shirts and it fit perfect and was very warm allowing for less bulk.

Not for cold weather

This is the worst cold weather base layer I've used. It might be okay if you stay active, but for sitting still in cold weather it is horrible. It constantly feels cold against your skin and leaves you feeling chilled. I've enjoyed the other Sitka garments that I've purchased over the years but the Core Merino 330 series is a huge letdown.

Medium is a touch small

Medium is a touch small and Large is a touch big, but as a next to skin base it works well.

Great Base Layer

Wore the core merino 330 as a base layer on a whitetail hunt in Saskatchewan, it didn’t disappoint. Very warm, and comfortable against your skin. Fit is true to size, I’m 6’1” 205 and the XL fits great.

Warm and Lightweight

Works great in 35-45 degree weather, any colder and you should add a layer underneath.

I'm addicted to base layer stuff, I am a full time guide in Minnesota and spend my life outdoors. The base layer stuff is priceless, what a great add on to the line.

Warm and comfortable

I have this shirt in two colors. The merino is warm with out being too hot. This shirt is their heaviest weight (330) and I prefer it over the light weight shirts even when temps are rising

Great base layer addition, works well with the traverse set and mountain set. Looking forward to late colder season but his far it hasn’t disappointed.

Great Warmth in Cold Conditions

Was on a recent elk hunt averaging between nine and 10,000 feet. Gusting wins at times and blowing snow didn’t do anything to get me cold. This Core Merino 330 is the way to go.
