Best item to my set.

Very warm

This brand/hoodie lets you combine warmth and comfort without having to feel like the Michelin Man in the tree stand. I would highly suggest Sitka products and constantly recommend them to all my friends and family who hunt.

Review of the Core Merino 330 Hoodie

This purchase should complete my duck hunting apparel for the upcoming season. I'm particularly looking forward to the wind protection provided by the mask and hood. Based on my previous experience with Merino wool base layers, I'm confident this one will provide excellent warmth and comfort. Combined with the outer layer and the Sitka hat I recently purchased, I believe I'll have the protection and insulation I need to stay warm and comfortable during those cold, windy mornings in the duck blind. I'm looking forward to putting everything to the test this winter!

I love this hoodie. I work for a major logistics company and I am in and out of the vehicle 100 plus times a day and keep my door open 99% of the time. this hoodie keeps me warm with just a t-shirt underneath til about 30F. Use hoodie with work vest til about 15F then anything under that I put a long sleeve shirt on under the hoodie. True to size but because of my job and sometimes I wear layers under it I would have gone a size bigger. Only complaint is I may have to buy another one this winter because of the wear and tear I put on it so not a Sitka problem but a me problem. Worth the value

Second time buying this item. Thin merino tee, 330 hoodie, a vest, and an early morning jacket is my go to from late archery all the way through the hunting season. True to size at XL for me. Absolutely silent item.

Unacceptable Quality

Camo pattern looked as if the garment was 5-years old and washed 400x!! The zipper was so far left of center the fit was awkward, awful, and uncomfortable!! I have several other core merino 300 hoodies/non-hoodies, no issues with them.

Ai helped explain the fit I’m 5’11” 170lbs. I wear a large shirt/hoodie. Have broad shoulders. I went with what Ai told me and ordered a M it fit perfectly.

Love this product. Super comfortable just a bit tight. Especially after a wash. I wear it almost everyday. Hunting, hiking, lounging. Whatever the day brings I wear it.

Highly recommend this piece as a foundational layer. Works perfect next to skin does not itch like most merino I have tried and seems more durable than all of the merinos from the other brands. I love it, SITKA is the best!

Warm yet breathable. Excellent baselayer.

Have worn this a few times this spring in both cold and warmer conditions. Kept me warm on the cold days and didn't get too hot on the warmer days. Love it!

I wear this hoodie by itself in cool weather and love it. In cold weather I layer it over a light base layer and love it. Fits great, is warm, and moves with you. The hood is nice and adds extra warmth.

Perfect for cold damp places

I use this as my outer layer over a merino light base when hiking Kodiak in the fall. You're going to be wet from sweat +/- rain every day, but this provides great breathability, warmth, and dries quickly.

My favorite hoodie

This is hands-down my favorite hoodie. They fit perfectly and keep me comfortable from sitting in a blind to hunting upland. I love the hood and face mask. They both drop away so you don’t even notice them when not in use. The face mask can be worn behind the head, as a face mask, or as a neck gaiter. It gives me that little bit of warmth that I need on frosty morning.
