Awesome brush pant for upland.

Super durable material, doesn’t pick up burrs or snag on brush. The extra liner is great for the colder days. Even when it did get a little warm it was breathable enough that it never felt wet. I hunt upland a ton, and switch between this and the grinder pant. They’re similar but these are insulated. Only reason I gave them 4/5 instead of 5/5 is because even though they are the same size these seemed to run longer than the grinder pant. Also, I prefer the slightly darker brown of the grinder than this one. It’s just a shade lighter. But that’s personal preference so I can’t knock that.

Highly recommend a pair of

Highly recommend a pair of Dakota pants for those who waterfowl hunt. I’ve used this from early season teal to avoid the bugs and mid-late season from field hunts to wearing them under my waders. A great pant that feels like sweatpants when wearing for all day hunt comfort. Was breaking ice in North Texas and had these on under my Sitka Waders and felt just fine.

The best hunting pant hands down

Literally the best hunting pant! I bought these in the dirt color for deer hunting in colder weather. And I wear them more often than my stratus. Sitka should really consider making these in subalpine and elevated 2 for us deer hunters. This is not just a waterfowl pant. This is a work horse pant that works well for anything. Even working on the property or hanging stands in the cold. .

Love these pants

I use these pants for late season elk hunts as they don’t hold moisture at all when walking through deep snow all day. They are quiet, and super comfortable with fleece lining. I’ve also found they are great for wearing under my waders when fishing in the winter- not restricting at all.

All I was hoping for

These pants are perfect as a stand alone or to layer underneath in the freezing cold. The usual high Sitka utility and quality. I typically wear a 34x34 jean. I weigh about 215. Sized up to 36 for these and they fit me perfectly.
