Good pant but zipper is short

I really like these pants because they have a larger diameter on the lower pant leg so that it fits over boots easily. My only complaint is the zipper on the fly is very short, making for a small opening when you want to. Your belt and button closure to access private parts.

Excellent pants

I purchased these primarily for upland hunting. They fit perfect and I'm looking forward to seeing how the wind/water resistant holds up.

Might be the most comfy everyday pants made. Fit more accurate than most Sitka pants too. Order true to normal size.

Great pants for fellas that lift

These pants are quality. They have great stretch, a decent layer of insulation, and enough zippers to dump heat if necessary. Most importantly, they fit my quads. As a fella that lifts pretty seriously, I have a heck of a time finding pants. These fit my quads no problem without having to size up like crazy. Couldn’t be happier.

Ice Fishing

Wore them with the gradient pants and a base layer ice fishing in -20 degree weather with 40mph winds. Never got cold.

Great Pant, Warm

These pants are great. High quality, very warm. I am in Texas and can tell you these pants are not for “Normal” Texas weather. They would be too hot for most days. That said, below 60 degrees, these are the go to pant. The thigh pockets are too small to be useful, but open them up and they give fair ventilation. The only thing they are good for is ventilation, so if you are looking for a pocket to actually use, you will be disappointed. That said, I am 100% glad I bought these pants. They are my go to cold weather pants.

Wore pheasant hunting through cat tails in SD on high temps in single digits. Plenty warm. Bought 2 more pairs. Wear working around house shoveling, ice fishing. Absolutely love the pant.

The pockets are a little shallow need to be deeper. I would like the bottoms to have an option to snap closed for sliding on knee boots. Overall decent pant.

The pants fit great and kept me warm and dry on the hunt.

I recently spent three extremely cold days in Kansas duck hunting . Highs of 23 and windchill at 0. Id never owned Sitka until a couple years ago but after three all day hunts , I’m convinced these pants were worth every penny. A good standard , kept me warm the entire time!!

The old saying “you get what you pay for” couldn’t be more true than these Dakota pants. Great flexibility and unmatched quality.

Comfortable

These pants are extremely comfortable! At 6’3” and 320lbs I was concerned these pants wouldn’t fit. They are extremely comfortable with room for layering underneath although I’m not sure that will be needed. They seem to regulate your temp rather than just heat you up.

These are good pants, warm and comfortable. However, the zipper opening is much too small as the pants said low on your hips. You can improve on this design.

Legs run a little tight

I’m 58 and still in decent shape. 5’9 and 180# I can still get a tight polypro base layer on and some loose thermals but these fit snug on top of them. Quality and moisture wicking are great

Awesome pant

First time wearing, tripped over a tree branch and scraped my shin pretty bad, but no tear or wear on the pants. So far, very durable. Lining is warm for colder days with plenty of flexibility.

My Favorite Sitka Piece

Easily my favorite Sitka product I own. I wear them 95% of my hunts. They are warm, do a great job at stoppers mg wind, can be ventilated if you get too hot and VERY comfortable. When friends ask me what is a must have Sitka piece this is always my first answer.
