Well designed for the elements. Wore it for a week in Scotland. Rain and wind up to 50+mph gusts everyday. Worked perfectly. Always dry. Really great product.

It’s nice , but it’s pricey for what it is. I won’t wear this hunting, because it’s loud, I mainly bought it for other then hunting. It’s pretty thin, should be good for packing if going on a trip. I like that’s its Gore TEX but it’s pretty expensive .

Ove the years I've noticed the gear is thinner and feels cheaper made despite increase in price. It fits well. But the price doesn't meet expectations.

Good Product - Insane Duties Cost

I'm certain the product is of high quality but the duties on it were ridiculous. Nearly as much as the jacket itself. . . . something needs to change with shipping via UPS, as you lost business because of it. Sitka was very responsive with dealing with my questions via email.

Dew Point Jacket

This is an incredible, extremely light-weight gortex jacket with all the essentials you need and nothing that you don't need. Truly an outstanding product that compresses exceptionally small in your pack. I would highly recommend this jacket.

Jacket and pants

I love the dew point jacket and pants. It is light weight, comfortable and quiet.

Disappointed

Super loud, crinkly, thin. Not sure why they got rid of the downpour series to substitute it with this. Feels like they offered lesser product for more money.

Dew Point Jacket

This jacket, along with the pants, are the best set of rain gear I have used. They are not as durable as some, not as quite as others, not as ‘waterproof’ as they could be, nothing is truly waterproof though. All that said they are perfect for what I use them for, backpack sheep hunts. Ounce for ounce I haven’t found a better set of gear for sheep hunting.

Was expecting A LOT more from this jacket. I’ve got waterproof fishing jackets that are better made that were a fraction of the cost. Thin, lightweight and pack able yes. Durable…. I doubt it. Also runs VERY small! Order up at least 1 size minimum.

This is perfect for packing, it is light and very compact, but waterproof and easy to layer when the rain starts falling

That perfect size for throwing over your puffy! Size is true from Large through Large for layering! Something Sitka has been great for!

Dew Point Jacket

Light and very packable. Purchased this piece for a hunt in Montana. This is my second dew point jacket and have found them to be very waterproof. Durability is also good for suck a light weight jacket. Sized up to fit over layers.

Even if you don’t hunt Sitka casual wear is some of the most comfortable clothing out there! The Duckoven and waders to me are the best in the field for comfort and warmth!

Great Jacket

Great shell. Runs BIG.

Awesome shell with great features. Similar to the Delta Wading Jacket but without the shell pockets, a longer tail, and no internal wrist cuffs. . . BUT it runs really big. I don't wear a medium in anything, but I was swimming in the large. The large is somewhere between XL Tall and XXL. 5'11 190lbs 40 Reg Jacket.

Nice and Well Made

Successful and Dry Elk Hunt

I bought this rain jacket with the pants for an archery elk hunt out in Colorado. It took up little space in my pack, was quick to put on, and quiet. Also, rubbed against an endless amount of oak brush with no tearing or damage. Great for concerts too. Wife now wants one

I bought a medium to wear without any layers underneath. I typically wear a large in everything but was swimming in the large. I’m 180 lbs 6’1”

Overpriced

I love the Jetstream series as well as the timberline pants. My 2 favorite pieces of clothing to hunt in. This however seemed WAY overpriced for what I received. Reminded me of a Hefty garbage bag with sleeves and a hood. Returned it as soon as I received it as it would never hold up in the areas I hunt.

Functional, but noisy and thin.

On the surface the Dew Point line seems like it would be a great solution for packable rain gear. However, if you are wanting to hunt any game where being quiet is required, look for a different solution. This product is loud. Even my wife looked at me when I was trying it on and said thats just not going to work. She could plainly hear me moving at 40 yards. That said, if a quiet solution is not needed then this product will work. I never took it to the field, but it seems a tad flimsy to wear in the woods. If you were hiking through an area with lots of thorns, I’d say it wouldn’t survive. I wear a large but had to get extra large in both the jacket and pant to fit over my clothes.
