Dew point

This rain Gear set never leaves my hunting bag it packs down to nothing and keeps me dry hunting blacktail deer and stone sheep in BC.

Quality

These are well made, and true to size. I am 5’11” and 180lbs, and the size large fits well over my base layer and pants. I have not had the opportunity yet to test them out yet, but will leave thoughts on performance when that happens.

Worked as advertised. Wore them on a horse in the rain while working in Wyoming. Fit was good.

Return Process and Size

The item runs smaller than other Sitka pants. The review score is more based on the fact that it has been over two weeks since my return was received at Sitka. If I had not called into them the return would not have been processed. Not what I expected!

Awesome Gear

Gearing up for hunting season and these pants are perfect.

Ran small for me.

I ordered the large tall originally. They were to tight for me to move easily. I re ordered the XL tall and they fit perfectly with my mountain pants underneath. Exactly what I was looking for, a light weight, easy to pack rain pant.

Work outside, these are for you!

My job consist of my being outside daily! Perfect for quick and easy on/off for pop up storms.

I bought these pants (and jacket) to replace my fishing rain gear, hoping also use in the field. While these pieces are not whisper quiet, they are still more quiet than your average rainwear. They work for what I need!

I haven’t had a chance

I haven’t had a chance to wear these in the field yet but I always test waterproofness in the shower for several minutes as this mimics a torrential downpour. These pants didn’t let a single drop of water through so I can only assume they will perform similarly in the field. Fit is spot on and I love how they zip up the leg to allow easy on/off access without having to remove boots. Overall I’m very happy with these pants and can’t wait to try them in the field!

Was visiting Sitka in Atlanta to try on the pants to make sure of fit.Luckily my size allowed me to get the black that I was going for.They didn’t have the black pants in the store but Rock and the other guys took care of me(as always) and ordered them for me and had them sent to my home.The pants are pretty fkn awesome in my opinion.I’m used to the heavier goretex issued to me in the Corps and these are way lighter and way more comfortable.I was initially concerned about being able to access my pockets underneath but the zippers can open from the top and allow plenty of access.Very happy with my purchase….again

Great rain pant but needs updated

Great at keeping the water out. Love how packable they are only complaint I wish the butt and knee area were more reinforced. Made it through a season only wearing them when needed which wasn't much but come to find out I have a hole in the butt. Good pant but shouldn't be worn daily

Dew point pant

Amazing piece of kit. Lightweight and easy to put on. Runs true to size. Not the best choice for a stalk as they are loud but the best for packing and always having a way to escape the rain. They pack down extremely well.

Do what they are supposed to do. Lightweight and well ventilated. Good for field hunting and light brush. Would be afraid to rip em in thicker stuff

Highly functional, light weight rain

Highly functional, light weight rain pant. The built in belt makes it easy to throw on over a pair of pants. Enough room to move comfortably, but not bulky so you don't feel like a puff ball going down the trail. Have the Dew Point Jacket and it's my favorite California rain jacket. Highly recommend.

Unreal rain gear

Weather on a raft in the rain, walking through the woods in a down pour, or watching monster jam in the monsoon this rain gear has not let me down

Super Happy with the Entire Dew Point Set

Use it on my boat and kayak for foul weather gear. Packs away easy, keeps the wind off even when it's not rainy. With layers it keeps me completely dry and keeps in the heat. It's actually softer than my snowboarding gore tex, so it's really comfortable and feels natural.

Dew Point Pant

Material is more quiet than you would expect out of a lightweight rain pant. Sat through two days of downpour in Tennessee and never got wet! Great pants! Pack away nicely in the pack, forget about them until you need them.

Scary lightweight

I've held a lot of rain pants. These are by far the most lightweight. With that the quality is top notch. Love the full length side zips and helps with putting the pants on and taking them off with ease.
