Great gloves

Great gloves and comfortable to shoot with.

Runs big

Nothing wrong with them they are as advertised a very thin pair of gloves. They will most likely not survive until the end of turkey season before they are wore out from fairly aggressive hunting 30ish hours per week. But that is pretty much to be expected with an extremely light pair of gloves. Mosquitoes do still bite through but they help. I suppose the most disappointing thing about them is the sizing. I use a ton of sitka gear and everything I have used has been great. However be sure to try on any pair of gloves before you buy because the sizes sitka puts on them are pretty much made up and meaningless. For example I have Pantanal and stormfront gloves in medium that fit me great but the traverse and mountain gloves fit me perfect in XL. Now these guard gloves are the right fit for me in large.

Equinox guard gloves worked great while turkey hunting. Fit was perfect. Very easy to use turkey calls while wearing these gloves.

Order a Size Down If Between Sizes

After reading reviews, I decided to order a M instead of a L. I'm glad I did. The gloves are super light and are am easy way to add concealment that won't get too hot. The gloves are comfortable but, take some getting used to. The thin backing and the light leather palm move at different rates. It isn't a deal breaker by any means. Dexterity is great and using slate calls or even tying your boots is no issue with these gloves.

Great product…wish you guys would good lighter in the inside towards your palm of your hands like the top. Gets hot in the south :)

It has held up well with heavy use. I do believe that the insect shield does help out with ticks, and the extended bottom part of the glove is great for keeping bugs from crawling under your clothes if layered right.

The Equinox Guard Gloves are perfect and a must have for Turkey season. I pair these with the Equinox Guard Hoodie. I blend right in with the environment. On my first sit, I had a coyote walk right past me and a bunch of owls fly into the tree above me. The gloves have permethrin built in to protect you from ticks, mosquitoes, chiggers and other nasty bugs that carry harmful viruses. It also has UPF 50+ to protect you from the UV rays! To sum everything up, I love these gloves!

I like the “guard” items as they do repel insects as advertised. Had my doubts before buying but they’ve proved to work well. Fit is good and they are comfortable for long days.

Perfect All Season Glove

Light weight and durable. I use them on the cold days because they are easy to get into my had muff and I can feel my hand warmer better than a thick glove. Obviously perfect for warm weather turkey hunts where the spandex cuff keeps any insects out. I have two pair and use them 7 months of the year.
