Great 50s-70s Pant

These are fantastic pants for 50-60 degree weather. If you're continually moving, you can definitely use these into the 40s, I wear them into the 70s but they get hot. That where the leg vents come into play. Very quiet for spot and stalk, but they are tough enough to hold up getting into the nasty briar patches. My only gripe is I wish they had at least one rear pocket. The other pockets are well thought out and adequate.

Great Products

Everything I have ever ordered from Sitka is amazing. I have numerous camo sets and they are all awesome. My only complaint is how long items stay out of stock. I’ve been trying to order the full Equinox set in Optifade Cover since before spring turkey season and just recently was able to order the pants but the hoodie I have yet to ever see in stock. Kinda ridiculous in my opinion. I’m willing to pay the price of the items but the long wait times for stocking is outrageous.

It actually WORKS!!!

Fabric is not durable

The design is excellent. Pockets are well laid out and spacious, protective flaps are well placed and hold in place. Fabric is quite soft. However, the fabric also seems quite weak. I wore these perhaps 12 times. During about 3 of those, I sat on the ground to glass. I soon had a rip in the seat (puncture of the fabric) of these practically new pants. I tried to have them repaired under warranty and was informed that this was a wear and tear issue and so would be charged ~$110 for the fix.

Awesome pants

These pants have many things I liked. Durable for walking through thick brush I face in dove season, insect repellent helps keep the bugs and ticks away, pocket configuration is fantastic, I love the side vents for when the sun gets up and the day gets warm, and the internal leg gaiters are a great feature to keep ticks from getting up my legs. Will definitely be purchasing more.

I’d pay $500 for these pants

Never been a Sitka guy but after purchasing these pants I’m convinced. After wearing competitors pants and winding up with over 100 chigger bites I started researching. These pants single handedly saved me from an onslaught of ticks and chiggers. I can’t put a price on that and honestly I’d pay more if necessary (please don’t). Only pants in the game that keep you cool, fit great (don’t skip leg day), and have the internal gaiter. These will be my pants going forward here in east TN.
