The fanatic series is very warm. Money well spent. It’s impressive how warm they are in addition to how comfortable they are. I was hesitant on spending the funds but I have zero regrets on purchase as they are very high quality. I field tested them into the teens with only the Sitka base layer underneath which included the lightweight and heavyweight. It kept me plenty warm with the minimal set up. You will not regret the purchase. I was unsure of sizing due to wearing mostly xxl in clothing but I found the xl bibs and jacket to be a great fit per sizing chart

Best Cold Weather Bib
These fit like they’re tailored for me. The adjustment straps keep them from being baggy through the body. Plenty of adjustment on the shoulder straps as well. The material is completely silent and warm in any weather you’ll find in Kansas. You can vent the legs from the top while moving and rubber boots work perfectly with them. Like everything else Sitka makes, the attention to detail and quality is on point. Size L, 190lbs and 5’ 10” fits perfect.

Pros: Very warm, very quiet, zippers vent heat very well. Suspenders improved from previous sitka suspenders. Cons: Heavy and bulky. It is really hard to have quiet gear (whitetail quiet) that is also warm enough 10-20F. That being said, it is extremely warm, and extremely quiet.

Honestly, Sitka brand stuff has upheld the hype in my opinion. Sure, it’s pricier than the “normal” hunting gear but it’s not even in the same ball park with regards to quality, durability, and overall performance of their gear. I’m not sure which is better, their products or their customer service. Outstanding communication, quick, reliable and helpful people from Sitka make working with them a breeze.
