Love this hoodie

I love my fanatic hoodie. It is surprisingly warmer than it looks. I like that you can wear the hood and not the mask sometimes. It fits really well under other clothes as well. I would definitely buy it again.

I’m used to layering victims for cold weather. Sitka has allowed me to layer less to lighten the load. Very warm and breaks the wind like crazy.

I dont normally buy Sitka due to price but thought I'd give them another look after the friends and family discount. This hoodie is great! It fits well. . . a little tight on the arms but not constricting. Early season stand alone top and layered in the later season where I used the hood for added concealment.

Love this hoody. Warm for its thickness. Wasn’t sure about the integrated mittens in the sleeve, but they have come in handy multiple times.

This thing is awesome! I might order a second. Really warm for a base layer. The hood is really nice when you need just that little extra warmth and the face mask as well. I haven’t used the mitten feature yet but probably will! They haven’t gotten in the way or been annoying at all. Get yourself one! 5’10” 195 lbs and ordered large. Fits perfect

I’m very happy with my fanatic hoody, the built in face mask is great for concealment and helps hold in some heat on your face. The “mittens” are a nice touch especially if you forget your gloves or drop them and can be rolled back if you don’t want them on your hands. Likes it so much in subalpine that I got one in elevated II also.

Went with the MT size due to M being out of stock. Sleeves are too long but still a great piece.

Form fit

Hoodie fits well it's more of a for fit than loose. Super warm.

Good, but. .

The Fanatic Hoodie is a very nice piece. Its relatively warm, can be worn against the skin or as an insulation layer. Its not very thick but still holds warmth well. Only issue I seem to have with it is the sleeves have sort of a mitten/ thumbhole end to them. I dont like it and then when I try to roll the up past that it gets bunched up around my wrists and its the most comfortable. Otherwise great piece!

Overall great! I’ve noticed that my Stratus bibs rub the hoodie material leaving it scuffed. Only on the chest where the straps are adjustable. Tearing down my purchase.

Gold Standard

The fanatic hoodie is fantastic. I purchased a whole new bundle of hunting clothes for mid season and later season. The Fanatic Hoodie is super comfortable to wear, especially while hiking long distances or sitting in the stand. My first hunt wearing the new Sitka outfit I went nearly 7 miles hiking around in public land. Temperature regulation was excellent. Later on in the evening I was really comfortable in the tree hunting from a saddle and I had the Stratus Jacket that I could add when temperatures dropped. Luckily my first hunt with the Sitka outfit I tagged a nice 8 pointer at 25 yards. The Fanatic really has a lot of nice features packed into 1 performance hoodie. If you wanted an early to mid season setup - get the Fanatic Hoodie and the Traverse pants.

I love the face mask built in to it and how warm it is alone. . only thing I don’t like is how long the sleeves are due to the hand cover on the end of the sleeves. Without that it is 5 STARS all day

fits great 5'9" and I got a large could probably fit a medium as well but I like the fit of the large. The cover pattern looks great very versatile for the Midwest.

Full-season versatility

Full-season versatility! The built-in face mask was designed perfectly because it is comfortably tight and form-fitting, not flapping around like a wild-west bandana. Although it is thin for a hoodie, it is surprisingly warm for it's weight. It will not stand up to briarbushes, so use caution if using as an outer layer. #5'11" #145lbs #Medium

Versatile

I got this originally for the warm fall in PA archery but I also use it as a solid mid layer. The material is amazing and offers quiet movement. The XL fits really well.
