Hoody Fanatic

This hoody is a great piece, very functional, warm and cozy for as light as it is! A true core piece of gear! The mitts are a unique addition, haven't been able to take full advantage of this just yet. Really like the papoose I am about a 46 chest, 36 waist, 6' tall and XL fits me well. I say its true to size, but it runs slightly larger than some other gear I have. I do find myself wanting to wear it additionally to when I am hunting around the house on the chilly days, around the yard, around the fire. I would def buy it again or an additional one!

I love there products , this hoody works great through out mid / late season . I use this and a stratus jacket during mid season in the northeast and it works great . I am 5’11” 260 lbs and wear 2xl , fits perfect . I probably could wear xl but I Dont like feeling like a stress toy .

I love this hoodie. It is my go to when the temperatures drop. The hood with the built in face mask fit great, very well made, I highly recommend.

Good features minus one

I like the hoody. Comfy, warm, and like having the front pocket. Don’t like the super long arms/built in mittens. Just extra fabric that doesn’t do much.

This hoodie is an all around work horse. It’s perfect for layering on those cold days and even better for when it first starts to get a little chilly. I would buy 5 of these every year if I could

I now have 3 of these hoody’s and use them for daily wear, skiing, hunting, hiking etc. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed the fanatic hoody in Illinois this year. One day wore it under a Stratus jacket and the other 4 days wore it as my outer layer. I ended up buying another in Subalpine. It’s very comfortable and yet not a full jacket.

Fanatic Hoody

The fanatic hoody is a fantastic piece of engineered hunting equipment. I purchased two of them and then one for each of my two sons. It’s the perfect under or outer garment depending on the weather but its just an all around versatile piece of clothing. My boys love them also. I keep my second one in the saddle bag of my Harley as it is perfect to cut the chill off of you when the mercury drops. I’m 6’1”, 255 lbs and wear a size XXL, fits perfectly.

Hoodie review

I own two fanatic hoodies of different patterns. Both are XL tall and both fit great and are very warm for all the thicker they are. I love the face shield thats built into the hood!!

Great piece of clothing for hunting

I have wanted Some Sitka gear for years, I was finally able to purchase a few pieces. It has not disappointed! After watching many videos I decided to go with the fanatic hoody for my first top. I hunt East and Middle TN, our November is mostly mild (30-50 degrees) couples with a good base layer this piece is all I wore unless the wind was blowing. I will be purchasing more Sitka Gear.

This has become my favorite piece of clothing. It keeps me warm without a lot of bulk. The hand warmer are one of the best things about this hoody. I didn't think I would like them, but now I use them all the time. The chest pocket could be a little bigger, otherwise I can't say enough good things about this.

Heard a lot of great reviews about the hoody and I have to say it is my favorite. Very nice mid layer for temps down to the 20’s and upwards to about 60 degrees. Very soft and the most comfortable hoody I have. Definitely consider this as one of the best purchases. Sitka is expensive but the quality is there. And when you think about the price, consider all the other stuff out there that doesn’t last as long or fails to deliver on their performance claims. Very satisfied.
