Dropped the cash

Tired of freezing in the stand or wearing a ton of clothes. Just got the jacket and I like the layout. Fits great, pockets in the right place and ergonomically well thought out. We will see how warm it is. Got the bibs also. Large for both. Great fit.

Extremely warm. Can layer and get into the negatives. But also just wear the jacket and hunt in 40 degree weather.

The cross body zipper is

The cross body zipper is a bit odd but stays warmer I believe. The large jacket is just big enough for a small lighter layer underneath. This is a very warm jacket.

Have Fanatic Jackets in both EV2 and Cover

Jacket is really warm, nice features. Had the EV2 jacket for 3 years, but felt like the EV2 pattern limited my use. When Sitka came out with Cover, made more sense for me. With the Fanatic in Cover, I usually pair it with my Stratus bibs. The Cover pattern also works well with my Subalpine stuff.

great fit! the kangaroo pocket is way better than i thought it would be. the shell feels extremely soft and should be absolutely quiet!

Tried it on in my air conditioned home started beading up with sweat right away, going to have to walk out in my long underwear and put on in the stand

Very Comfortable!

I just purchased it for this upcoming season, so I can't comment on how well it works. But there are plenty of reviews tell how warm it will keep you. I can say it is very comfortable! I am 6'5" 260lbs and the XL fits me. Normally I wear tall sizes, due to longer arms. But the XL fits great. Can't wait to sit in the cold!

Novembers in Alberta are no problem!!

I sit all day during the November Whitetail rut in Alberta Canada and couldn't do it without my Fanatic Jacket & Bibs. Wish I had bought it all sooner and its worth every penny I spent.

warmest jacket I have worn. The material is quiet so no need to worry about swishing noise. The hand warmer pocket design is great. There is an extra chest pocket, not sure what to put in there but it would be good for a rangefinder. The neck area allows you to put your safety harness through it.

Only wear on the coldest days as this thing will burn you up!!! Sat all day in sub-freezing temps and stayed toasty all day. You get what you pay for and my Sitka Fanatic and Stratos sets are absolutely phenomenal!

Great cold weather jacket

A great cold weather coat. windproof, quiet not much more could be expected. I like the built-in muff but dislike the zipper angle. Just need time to get used to it, without the angle the muff couldn't happen. I would definitely buy again for cold weather stand hunting

Love this jacket. Although after 50 years of zipping a jacket straight up and down it did take some getting used to the zipper. Extremely warm. Runs a little small and is hard to pack in a backpack due to the size but it keeps me in the stand instead of tapping out due to being cold.
