Gradient Cold Weather Bib Reviews

Bibs

Very excited to use these after trying them on they felt very warm. Doubtful the normal lower back cold patch will be there this year for sure.

Gradient cold weather bib

Great for under the waders or just to wear as outer shell on cool days, these things are a great fit. Hold in body heat without the bulk. The feet straps help hold down the pants leg while slipping on waders and keep your pants leg from bulking up on you during the hunt, highly recommend!!!

Gradient Cold Weather Bib

Outstanding set of bibs. I use them in my Delta waders during waterfowl season and they are super warm. Must have in your Sitka arsenal.

The Gradient cold weather bib,

The Gradient cold weather bib, is very warm, and great under your waders in very cold weather when waterfowl hunting is at it's best!! I will recommend getting these bibs if you hunt in the north!!

Really comfy and warm

Really comfy and warm

I think they will be

I think they will be warmer than expected. I am happy with the thickness and feel. However I am not impressed with the seemingly cheap zipper, maybe I’m wrong and it will give no problem just seems like it need to be heavier duty in the zipper. Fit perfectly under my delta waders the straps under wader straps is not an issue. Very comfortable. In fairness it’s 95 here in Missouri so probably won’t wear them until December. Overall I think they will surpass my expectations. I’m 6-1. 215 and xl seems perfect.

Bibs

Fit well, a little tight in my calfs but should work OK. Looking forward to the cold

From the moment I donned

From the moment I donned Sitka’s Gradient Cold Weather Bib, I knew it was a game-changer for my hunting expeditions. The ultra-thick fleece is not just a barrier against the cold; it’s a fortress of warmth that stands unwavering against the harshest winter elements. Whether I’m wading through icy waters or sitting still in the blind, the non-compressible fleece ensures that my body heat is retained efficiently, providing consistent warmth without the bulk. The Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish is another standout feature. It repels light precipitation effortlessly, keeping the bib dry and light. This is crucial when you’re out in the field, as wet gear can quickly lead to discomfort and a loss of body heat. With Sitka’s bib, I remain dry and focused on the hunt. Layering is a breeze with this bib. It fits seamlessly under my Delta Waders, creating an optimal layering option for those bone-chilling mornings. And when it comes to concealment, the GORE OPTIFADE Concealment patterns are second to none. Whether I’m in the marsh or timber, I blend into the environment, giving me the upper hand on wary waterfowl. The YKK zippers add a touch of reliability and durability that I’ve come to expect from Sitka Gear. They operate smoothly and quietly, which is essential when any noise can be the difference between a successful hunt and going home empty-handed. In summary, Sitka’s Gradient Cold Weather Bib is the pinnacle of hunting attire for the cold season. It’s a testament to Sitka Gear’s commitment to quality and the serious hunter’s needs. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to elevate their cold-weather hunting experience.

Top Shelf

These bibs are sooo nice! They’re warm & fit like a glove to your legs. The straps at the bottom of the legs are perfect & don’t have to worry about any discomfort in your boots.

Pleased

It's not cold enough now & won't be for at least 9 months, but I look forward to trying out my new Gradient Cold Weather Bibs.

Gradient cold weather bib

Zipper does not lock into place nor stay up. Might be good for a smaller person but not me

Excellent baselayer

Ordered the gradient bib as soon as they were back in stock, and it’s my best piece of Sitka gear. It kept me incredibly warm on a 10 degree morning, and stayed snug as I crawled 100 yards to a group of swarming snow geese the same day.

Gradient Bibs

Awesome, I just used them in 25 degree weather and they kept me warm and confy.

Warmer than expected

I finally bought the wades this year so I got these to go with them. Hunting NC outer banks with temps in the 30’s and wind 20-30 I was too warm at times. Not necessarily a bad thing at my age. I’d rather be too warm than cold.

Just what I needed

These bibs are the perfect solution to warm pants for duck hunting. No falling no belts. Just wear sweats and long johns or another pair of pants underneath layered shirts and a heavy coat and you are ready. Great quality and true to size.

Nice bibs

XL fit me great. Nice and warm. Great under waders.

Love it

Love these wader bibs. You can always count on Sitka for the best dear out there. I’m 6ft 247lbs and the XXL is a little too big. Going down to an XL.

Great Piece

Wish I would have purchased this sooner. I sized it so I could put on over jeans and then under bibs. Warm and comfortable

Very warm.

Very warm.

Great Product

Fits great and super warm under waders

Pretty Dang Awesome!

Over my hunting and fishing life I’ve owned just about every manner of cold weather gear. These bibs, by a bunch, are the single best way to stay warm under a set of waders ever developed and sold as a one off piece of gear. I’m 6’2”, 215 and the lg. tall fit well everywhere but the chest. I’d order a size up the next time likely.

Those are great for under my waders no matter if standing in timber or just in the blind.
