I am 6’ 2” and 200 lbs. I bought the Large Tall and they fit well. I wore these in Alaska under the mountain pants and I was overheating stalking caribou in 30 degree weather with 40 mph winds. I wear these under my bibs while duck hunting in 10 to 30 degree weather and I am always warm. I have two pair and let a buddy try them duck hunting and he went out and bought his own. One of my favorite pieces from Sitka. I have even warn them shoveling snow in the winter by themselves and they were perfect.

These are simply a must have for late season hunting. Super warm, super quiet, and I love how the button is offset for layering. Split zipper for when nature calls but you don't wanna pull your pants down all the way.
