Should have sized down. For a tight fit. If you were them over a base layer they are true to size. Very very warm.

I bought these for late season hunting to wear under my stratos suite. Great quality fits well extremely warm. You won’t be disappointed.

Super Warm

Have two pair of these heavyweight bottoms. I'm 6 ft and 205. I have a pair of xl and a pair of large. The large fit perfect and the xl are baggy. Sat in windy low 40's last week with these and Stratus bibs and was perfect. Never got cold. Love these.

Great base layer for cold hunts. Fits true to size. Love it as base layer under Dakota pants then Hudson bib for the duck boat or Traverse bibs for the tree stand. Good core base layer typical well made Sitka gear worth the price.

I have greatly enjoyed these heavyweight bottoms this deer season! I can definitely tell they keep me warmer than my old pair of UA cold gear base layer. Can’t wait to see how the do during this duck season here in West TN!

Have been the best heavyweight bottoms I've tried yet was on a week long idaho mule deer hunting late October in about 8 inches of snow at about 20 degrees worn these and the timberline pants was very comfortable

I was looking for a good base layer when I purchased these and they did not disappoint. I wear these under my stratus bibs with the 1/4 zip 330 merino top and I’m good down to 15-20 degrees

These bottoms were much thicker and warmer than I expected them to be. Might be my skinny build but they fit more like a hybrid legging/long john than true leggings like Nike Pro Combat items. Perfect during late season under Gradient pants.

Heavy weight bottoms

I have a lot of sitka and it's my go to, but I have trouble with the heavy weight bottoms. The waist elastic rolls into a small band and cuts into my skin, I've been tucking in a T-shirt to get some relief. Can't wait to get them off after a long day. Otherwise they are great.

Sitka gear is expensive but

Sitka gear is expensive but the quality is the best of any outdoor clothing company I have ever worn. My only complaint is with the inseam length for their pants. I wish they had shorter lengths, especially for garments with full length zippers that can’t be altered.
