Sitka Hudson Bibs
Iv owned my bibs for 3 or 4 years now. Like most of the brands pieces, they are top notch, used them for more than just field hunting the sloshy muddy fields here in Ohio! After 4 years my zippers started to catch and separate, sent them in after season to get them repaired via warranty. Couple days later sitka ended up sending me a brand new pair of bibs! Very pleased! Hope the new ones outlast the previous pair!

Excellent Bibs, But Short Sizes Needed
The Sitka Hudson Bibs are top-tier for waterfowl hunting, offering excellent warmth, durability, and weather protection. However, the 34” inseam is long for shorter hunters. At 5’9”, I had to get them altered ($40), which lowered the knee pads slightly but kept them semi-functional. While the quality is outstanding, bringing back short sizes would make them even better. For those who fit the standard length, these bibs are a fantastic investment. If not, be prepared for alterations. Overall, highly recommended, but Sitka should consider more size options for a better fit.

I bought the Huron bibs
I bought the Huron bibs and jacket primarily for spring and fall fishing. When searching, I contacted a fishing guide buddy and asked him of his opinion. As a guide, he has used just about every brand available and he advised me to look at the Sitka Huron. I haven't had a chance to wear them yet as it's mid winter. I did do a thorough inspection on them as a friend was also interested in them. There's a lot of features these bibs have in the design that's not mentioned in the description such as a gusseted crotch and elastic on the lower pockets that expand and contract as needed. I did put them on and go outside in a winter storm and they were very effective at stopping the wind. With the Gore Tex label, I have no doubt of the waterproofness. I highly recommend these bibs.

Great pair of Bibs. Took them snow goose hunting in northern Missouri in February. They worked really well keeping me warm and was able to move freely. I would recommend relooking at the suspender design, clips. They are not very solid attachment.

Sitka got it right
Sitka knocked it out of the park with this one. Perfect size for layering. Ample room in the pockets for a reasonable amount of items. At the same time, they're not so big that they impede your range of motion.

Not made for people under 6’2”
If I was 6-2 I might be able to wear these Bibs without altering them, as I’m 5-8 I will have to find a way to take four inches of the length. The knee pads will be worthless but I did get these bibs for the knee pads, I got them because they stop the wind and help keep the moisture away. Shoulder straps are different, time will tell if they’ll hold up, not too concerned about them right now. One last time, if you are under 6’2” and don’t have a way to modify the length avoid these bibs, they are very long in the inseam.

Overall very happy with the purchase. Wish the pants were made of a quieter material so you could deer hunt with them but to be fair the Hudson line is pretty much dedicated to waterfowl hunting. Plenty of pocket storage and waterproof performance is excellent. I normally wear size LG but had to size up to XL because they sold out of my size. They still fit ok but wish I would’ve waited to see if size LG came back in stock.

Replacement bibs
Just after 1 year and 2 months my zippers broke on my Hudson bibs. Sitka replaced them with new ones free of charge. Putting them on for the first time the zipper pull came off one of the legs. I was able to put the chord back on and get it to stay in for multiple uses. Not expecting to have trouble with my Sitka bibs and waders within the first year but Stika stood behind their product and repaired or replaced items. They are comfortable and warm.

Hudson Bibs - Love ‘em
All the guides around eastern WA wear these so they must be good. After several years of eying these I finally broke down and got some. I haven’t really given them a hard test yet but the fit and features are great. I especially love the waist adjuster. XL fit in just a tee shirt and jeans so I went up a size, the waist adjuster makes it feel form fitting so it’s not just hanging from your shoulders. The legs are long enough and the shoulder straps adjust enough. I wish the shoulders did not have the slot sewn on the strap as it’s not in the right place for me, a separate tab that both straps could run freely through would be better.
