I own the 2021 versions of the Lead, Tidal and Dirt (and an 2018 black) version. I love these jackets. I'm currently 5'8" and 155 and the medium is perfect. When I was 175 pounds, the large was great but I suspect the medium would have been fine too. I just wish the hood was removable, but it's not a big deal. Great style and comfort.

Super nice jacket. Great fit. I wear an xl normally but got a 2xl because it said it’s a performance fit and I’d like the option to layer underneath. I’m glad I got the 2xl. Only thing I wish is that there was a cuff adjustment. Cuffs are quit large and let’s the wind in. Other then that, great coat. All my other gear is kuiu so I’m excited to give Sitka a try this hunting season.

Best everyday/hunting jacket I've ever owned! The fit is perfect (I'm 5'9" 190 crossfit build) and the windstopper is a game changer for day to day and in the field chasing animals. I can wear this while glassing mule deer in 20°F weather or hiking slowly up a ridge to call in a bull. It has all the pockets, zippers, liner, hood, stretch and DWR for a killer jacket. I own the dirt color so I can wear it year round.

Wore it for the first turkey hunt of my season today. Walking out, I just opened the pit zips and didn’t overheat at all. Great jacket!

The quality, attention to detail is crazy! Everything is perfectly placed, pockets are ergonomically accessible, the fit is if it was made just for me. When I pulled it out of the box the weight or lack there of had me worried about how effective it would be keeping me warm, first time out was 30 degrees with a constant 30mph wind, 65mph gusts. I never felt it!

FANTASTIC! Buy now! Bought this jacket as a turkey and western big game outer layer. Zero wind gets through. Fends off a light rain and is extremely comfortable. I layered with a core lightweight, heavyweight hoody, kelvin active and stayed warm sitting next to a tree turkey hunting on a 25 degree morning with lots of wind. Then the wind died down, the sun came up and it was 65 on the walk out. I stuffed the kelvin in the bag, opened up all the pockets and pit zips on the jet stream and it kept me comfortable getting back to the truck. Couldn’t be happier. 6’1”, 200 lbs-Large tall is perfect.

Best turkey jacket I’ve ever owned! I hated the hood. I literally cut it off in 2019. I messed up the right pocket zipper after it was open and got hung on a branch. The front zipper is starting to fatigue and hang up. I am rough on a coat and I wear it on every hunt. Sizing is accurate as described. I’m 5'10 and 155lbs with a 30in waist. I could probably do a large but was so happy with it. I just bought my 2nd medium online. Can’t wait for it to get here.

First off I love this jacket. First day I owned it, I was caught out in the rain and it kept me dry. To me it is ideal in the mid 40s-60 and that is its biggest flaw…it’s kind limited when it comes to layering. Do not ignore the sizing comments. I am 5’8” and 160 with a 40” chest and 32” waist and medium fits like a glove. If you are any bigger I would buy a large. It is very fitted and that limits what you can wear under it. Of course this opens up the ability to use it as a mid layer, but the hood “system” is pretty bulky and lends itself to a larger rain jacket type jacket only.

Awesome Shell of a jacket. Keeps out wind/water fairly well and is super form fitting and quiet in the woods. I love the armpit vents to help dump heat while hiking, I wish the pants had these features. I'm 6'1 200lb athletic build and I bought this in Large Tall sizing. It seems like most Sitka jackets have short torsos and I hate when a jacket or shirt is too short and you get a draft on your stomach on cold days. If you're an average height guy, do yourself a favor and get the "Tall" version.

A $350 jacket should have more than just a string as a pull tab on a zipper. Once you wash this product the strings fall off and then good luck zipping and unzipping the pockets - other than that the jacket is awesome, however I don’t believe I would recommend or buy again for this rather simple issue.

So I'll start with the admission that I'm a bit of a jacket snob. I usually wear Arc'teryx, the North Face, and Outdoor Research, and have been issued Massif and Wild Things jackets for work. The Jetstream blows them all away. While I still reach for the Arc'Teryx when I'm active and it's between 45-60 and windy, the Jetstream is still my first choice for any time it's any colder than that. Whether I'm walking around town or humping a pack and a rifle in the mountains in search of big game, if it's cold/wet I want it with me. When properly sized fits well while leaving room to layer underneath and it's very durable (had to low crawl about 15 yards to get into position to shoot my dear this past season over some rough scrub and the jacket came away looking no worse for wear). To top it all off it looks very sharp. I will caution a perspective buyer that they run kind of small though, so if you want to layer underneath then buy one size larger. I'm 6'4", 225, and I normally wear XL, but I ordered XXL and it's perfect for me. I'm probably going to buy one in black so that I can dedicate it entirely to non-hunting uses. Sitka: if you're reading this, release the Jetstream in Multicam or OCP so I can wear it to work!

This jacket is something else. First off, the fit was great. I was concerned about the torso being too short for 6'1 and thinking I may have to go a for a tall version. I didn't and the regular fit was perfect. The tech was there with what you would expect from Gore infused products. What stands out to me though is the fine details of Sitka that blew me away. Im coming from a complete switch of another high end back country brand Arc’teryx. Which many including myself regarded as the premier back country brand. Sitka is now far above that other brand in my books. From the branded bungie cords in the hood to how they're hidden within the pockets to reduce any snagging. To the pit zips on the jacket which I've never personally seen on a soft shell jacket. I can honestly say Sitka hit it out of the park with this one.

Awesome jacket with one exception. The only issue I have had with this jacket is a broken zipper on the chest pocket. Otherwise this jacket is outstanding. I’m 5’10 and 150 lbs and a large fits well. It’s a tad short at the waist and a little loose but gives plenty of room to layer which is perfect. This jacket with a 100% cotton long sleeve shirt under it is perfect to about 40 degrees. Below that and more layering is necessary, but it can be worn in early season without being too hot. The hood is perfect and tightens well onto my head to allow for greater visibility when turning to look around. Couldn’t be more happy with this jacket, and if the zipper was not an issue it would be a 5 star review without a doubt.

The quality and craftsmanship on this jacket stands out! As an avid backpacker / outdoorsman I have a LOT of jackets in my closet, comparable only to the amount of shoes my wife has (it's only fair) and this jacket seems to be the one I grab for a variety of activities.

I have been using this jacket so far in temps ranging from 40°F to 30°F and it works great. I hike a lot getting to spots I like to glass and an issue with other jackets was ability to dump heat and ability to keep me warm when glassing. Well this jacket fixed that problem, it appears to breath very well and the pit zips are big enough to allow you to dump some serious heat! In these temperatures I don't even have to wear a merino wool base layer like with other jackets. I just wear the Sitka Core Lightweight Hoodie and the Jetstream Jacket.

When I get to an area to glass, I just put on a beanie and my Sitka Neck Gaiter, zip up the pit zips and I have been warm enough. I am thoroughly impressed. The zippers are smooth, the pockets are well thought out and big. I can't say enough good things about this jacket, the reviews are real!

I am contemplating getting another one just to have a daily jacket for going out.

Thanks Sitka for putting such thought into this jackets design!

This piece is LEGIT. The fit is well thought out, good movements in elbows and shoulders. The sizing like many have said does run small, I'm 6'2" 175# and 99% of the time run mediums. I went with the recommendations and purchased a size-up and it fits perfect. Good volume in the chest and back for layering. The tapered cut cuffs (common too many Sitka pieces) makes a difference. You can't beat the industry leader for wind protection in WINDSTOPPER. If you're needing a piece that keeps the wind off you, no other option on the market contends with WINDSTOPPER. While you trade some overall weight, being completely protected from the wind is a game changer. I've used mine all Spring, cutting wood, preparing for food plots, general property mgmt. tasks....this jacket is my go-to in the shoulder seasons of Spring & Fall. Excited to run it this Oct on a 1st season rifle hunt in CO for a bull.

First off the materials and utility of this jacket make it awesome, it’s extremely versatile. Use it hunting, any outdoor activity, and the solid colors look nice enough to go into town with. The collar combined with the hood really make this a great jacket over others that have either just a hood or a collar, it keeps the wind out with the hood up or down. And the pit zips really are nice and generous and actually work well for heat management. The only downside to this jacket is the sizing, I realize it’s a performance fit and more form fitting jacket but WHY is the torso so short? I wear a medium in pretty much everything Sitka and yet my Medium traverse and core shirts hang almost two inches out the bottom of this jacket. Thus if I bend over this jacket can pull up my under layers and let the wind blow right up my back. I’d suggest getting the tall version of your size if possible.

The Jetstream Jacket is my go-to jacket during elk and muley season here in SW Colorado. It's silent, warm and the fit is perfect! I'm 6 foot and 180lbs, and a medium is the ideal size for me. I can even wear a lightweight fleece vest under it for those chilly, 4th season hunts. As a climber, I've worn softshell jackets for years. They are abrasion resistant and breathe extremely well as you build body heat on the move. This jacket is no different and the material translates well when bushwhacking deep in the backcountry. I was a little concerned that the Gore Windstopper liner would inhibit breathability, but it certainly did not. On my last hunt, I was covering over 5 miles a day while post-holling in 18" of snow at elevation. This was the perfect layer to get the job done. And for those mornings when the mercury drops below the zero mark, just throw an additional puffy jacket over your Jetstream to keep away the chill. One other thing to note, there is no noticeable (b.o.) smell after wearing it for a week straight in the backcountry. (I wish I could say the same about my hunting partner/tent mate's clothing!) If you are on the fence about pulling the trigger on this jacket, don't be. It'll be your go-to jacket when in the field.

I had just received the Jetstream jacket in large earlier that morning and was itching to get to the field for some break-in and to get to know it more before any big hunts this year. All of a sudden there are helicopters in the sky and the city is lit up with red, blue, and fire. Normally I stay far away from commotion and avoid angry mobs whenever possible; however, we have a business downtown that has been in the family since 1928 and I was not prepared to let some misguided souls take that from us. Luckily, my new jacket had my back--literally. With the Goretex Infinium Windstopper I was not phased by the strong winds coming out of the river basin. The light mesh design paired with fleece interior was the perfect amount of insulation well into dawn the next day. At 40°F with a cotton T-shirt and steel plate I was cozy warm. Thank you, Sitka! Genuinely windproof, unlike many jackets that say so, and fine in a light rain or mist. Comfortable and versatile, high quality construction and zippers. I use mine (solid moss) a lot in Spring and while traveling. However, as someone else mentioned, I wish you would offer tall mens' versions in the solid colors. I'd buy a second one in XL Tall, solid black, if it were available.

Nice Jacket. Not as trim fitting as I would have thought so awkward alone with no layers under. Perfect with mid weight layers or even trim fitting heavy layers (Traverse Cold Weather Hoody). I'm 6' 150-155 and small is too small, medium is nice but little short arms and hem (midlayers stick out). Medium tall is where 's at. plenty of arm length and hem covers you under layers completely from getting wet. Nice quality. Softshell face not at tough as I'd like but decent.

The versatility of this jacket sets it apart from all other soft shells, because you basically get a soft shell and hard shell in one package, that's still comfortable. I wear it over base layers down to 40 degrees and over a down jacket down in to the teens. It keeps heat in, but keeps wind out. The pit zips also make it easy to hike in. Very pleased so far.

I also purchased an insulator top that fits underneath quite well too if I plan to sit for hours in cold weather. I took this jacket on a 6 day hunting trip in Montana this past week, where I did a lot of hiking in the snow and wind. In particular, one mountain top had so much wind that it would almost blow me over at times, but with this jacket on my core didn't feel any wind. It's amazing, I highly recommend it! Next year I'll buy my rain gear - but this late in the season (Nov/Dec) all you need is a Jetstream jacket and some insulation.

This jacket broke the wind like nothing I have ever worn before. It kept me warm and dry but is light and still allows for comfortable movement. I am 5'9 165 lbs and am wearing a medium. It is thin, however (being outside in 44 degrees with high winds I got chilly wearing a long sleeve tee underneath). You will need to layer under it to stay warm IMO. It keeps the wind out, but the material will still obviously get cold so that cold will transfer to your skin if you do not layer. I pair it with the Sitka Grange vest which is actually insulated (both in black) and it looks great. Would be great if Sitka made a jacket that was like the Grange outer material with both Primaloft and Windstopper like the Grange. Overall, nice jacket.

I wanted a hood, so I got the men's version of this jacket. As a small female, the men's small is not a super trim fit, but works quite well, and can fully zip over my Bino pouch. I am 5'4 115lb, but with long arms and torso the fit is surprisingly good. Due to this being an outer layer I am happy to have a slightly less trim fit for this piece. For a male the small would be pretty trim, and seemingly on the shorter side, as the length is perfect for me. I appreciate the simple design on the wrist (no Velcro, no gasket) but this barely has enough give for me to take off easily, and I have thin wrists. A minor nit, though, as, all in all, this jacket is perfect for cold, windy, snowy, or rainy days. I wear this as my go to rain shell here in Colorado which is way nicer with the micro fleece lining than inevitably louder goretex. The fabric is super quiet and durable. Considering it is windstopper, not goretex with fully taped seams, it does great in rain. There is only the place where the hang tag is down on the neck that leaks at all during a deluge. Otherwise, I have worn it in prolonged deluges, and it stayed remarkably dry, making it a solid choice for me over goretex considering how it wears is more comfortable and breathable. The design details like pockets (many!) and pit zips are what really make this an outstanding jacket. The articulated seams on the arm are well done, and seem very resistant to abuse. All in all, super jacket. Please make a hooded version for the ladies!

Took the ATV up to the mountain today (40 miles up and back) and thought it was a good opportunity to see what the jacket was made of. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Weather was warm on the bottom, not a problem, just undid the arm pit zippers. Half way up it started to get a little cooler, zipped the pit zippers. There was still snow at the top of the mountain, mix that in with some overcast skies and it got to be noticeably chilly. When fully zipped the collar covers your mouth which was nice when riding at 30 mph in the high country at these conditions. All in all this jacket IS VERY HARD TO BEAT. The elements weren't a problem thanks to the design and materials this jacket has and is made of. With a thin tee shirt I actually started sweating on the decent because the jacket held up so good. Busting through snow drifts and deep long water puddles staying dry wasn't a problem either, though not technically water proof. Going home I hit speeds between 40 and 60 mph and almost flew off the seat because the air couldn't and wouldn't penetrate the jacket (parachute type of effect). I have the "Moss Color" and will definitely get one in Optifade this fall for hunting purposes. With the conditions I've experienced today, there is no doubt it will perform during hunting season, it is a necessity to ones outdoor gear. I'm 6' at 250 lbs (size XXL), the only "complaint" is the length otherwise the arms and width of the product is perfect. If you live for the outdoors, get one!

Great jacket, but it is a little short in the sleeves and torso. I am 6'5" 220 and I need to wear XXL to be able to cover my wrist & waist. Besides that I will continue to wear this until it falls apart.

I bought this jacket many years before i was a Gore Hunting Tech and I still tout this jacket as a must for every mountain hunter. It just saved me on an antelope hunt in central Montana when the temperature plummeted and we were hit with every kind of weather possible. I was so thankful to have this in my arsenal. It keeps me warm and dry on every hunt and I firmly believe this is a cornerstone to any Sitka System.

Great quality and attention to detail, but Sitka seem to cater towards shorter folks. I'm 6'2" and 185lbs and every year have my fingers crossed that Sitka will come out with a TALL option and every year I'm disappointed. Their XL fits snug in the chest (I'm a 42"-44") and short in the torso and sleeves (you can really see/feel it in the sleeves when you draw or reach forward.) not just on their Jetstream Jacket, but on all their jackets I've ever tried on. The XXL does the trick as far as the sleeve length goes but then I'm swimming in the rest of it and lose that athletic/slimmer cut that is the point of having hunting gear designed like mountain climbing gear. Would also like to see a drop tail on more of these outer shell jackets; as hunters and outdoorsmen, how many times are we crouching down, squatting, sitting up against a tree or rock, and wish we had more material back there for cover? It's the little things.

Being a hunter living in Patagonia, It´s a perfect all season jacket. Where a strong wind hits you all day long, it´s something you have to be concerned about it and this jacket is my solution for that. The windstopper fabric works very good without missing flexibility. It breath and strech well. It has the same alpine fit that my other brand climbing gear has, so when I´m hunting I feel as comfortable as when I´m climbing and I was looking for that for years. Sitka found that conection between those activities. As the season goes on, I wear my Traverse Hoody under and I can also wear my Kelving lite vest. Endind with my Kelvin Down Hoody. For me, Sitka Gear changed when way of hunting.

This is, by far, the most utilized jacket and the go-to in my entire arsenal of jackets. It offers just enough wind protection, but is breathable enough when the pursuit requires you to head skyward! If I know there will be a chance for rain I just toss in a light waterproof overcoat and I am set for all but the most frigid environments. You will not be disappointed in the performance of this jacket!

The Jetstream Jacket in solid Moss color has become my favorite all around town cool/cold weather piece. The softshell exterior fabric and Gore Windstopper laminate cuts wind, sluffs light precipitation and the micro fleece interior backing adds warmth. However, that isn't why it is the jacket I grab when I leave the house more often than not. I wear it all the time because it is comfortable and looks great. Another Sitka Gear winner!

Pit zips, hood that stays where you need it, fit, finish. Those are the first things that come to mind. I wore it from September in the 60's till a week before Thanksgiving where temps dipped to 0 in the morning. I remained warm and comfortable. And while chasing elk in archery season I had no time to take it off in order try and close the distance before dark so I just unzipped the pit zips and cooled right off just enough during the fast grind towards the bugling elk. Solid piece of gear. I understand fully why many people consider it one of the best jackets Sitka has produced. I was never stuck in constant wind gusts to test the windstopper fabric but what I did encounter I never had any issues. I would recommend it to anyone.

Bought the Jetstream as my outer layer for my first backcountry blacktail hunt. I heat up really fast on the move, so having a windproof softshell with pit zips was a great find. Being that it was opening weekend, I figured all I'd have to deal with was wind. I couldn't have been more wrong. It rained much of the morning on the first day, and turned into sleet as the day wore on. For a non-waterproof jacket, the Jetstream delivered. Visored hood kept my glasses water-free, and the fabric, though sodden after a few hours, delivered the needed wind protection and warmth to keep my temperature up. The Optifade was put to the test on the second day. On the fire road out of camp, three does and a spike crossed in front of me. Silhouetted on the road twenty-five yards away, I held stock still. The blacktails knew I wasn't quite right, but couldn't figure out what I was. They resumed their grazing for a few minutes before moving on. Major confidence boost there. Rarely took it off the rest of the trip because it was so versatile, top marks on design details and fabric choice.

My only concern is the chest sizing due to the raglan sleeve design. Going off the sizing chart, I was definitely an XL thanks to my 45" chest. However, the more I wear the jacket, it feels constricting across the shoulders when I reach forward. This is most apparent when I'm setting up a braced shooting position, where my sleeves also ride up past my wrists. It's given me pause about getting the Cloudburst due to the similar design.

That being said, I appreciate the fact that Sitka has taken the time to meld the outdoor fabrics I'm familiar with and a first-class disruptive pattern. I heartily recommend the gear to my friends.

Dear Zach,
We love customers who have been SITKA fans from the beginning. The Celsius was an early flagship piece for SITKA and still remains a fond memory. The Celsius and all of the the products we started with were platforms for improvements and evolution. Some you can physically see and feel. But the best changes are the ones that you experience. How the jacket, vest, pant, etc perform in the field. These are the wins that we celebrate. How were we able to simplify something that was overkill or add a feature with a very specific end use or a finishing detail that is cleaner, lighter, and performs better. Some changes also represent sacrifices too. As our lead designer always says "As soon as you begin designing, you start sacrificing". It's just a reality.
Full concealment zippers...We HATE the white backside. We've tried for the last two years to come up with a good work around. The priority was to eliminate the bisecting aspect a center front zipper causes, disrupting the symmetry of the human form. This is part of the science of nothing. We have worked with YKK (one of the best zipper suppliers in the world) on this project from inception. We can get the front of the zippers printed, but we have to start with a white base. We've tried and continue to pursue alternatives to the white base. But when balancing the priorities between eliminating symmetry and a white backer, we chose the science of concealment. I too have used a sharpie on my personal garment for the back of the zipper.
If you ever have a problem with our manufacturing, we will warranty the garment. The installation of the zipper is solid.
In regards to the fabric, we're glad you like the soft hand. That was a goal. It also performs. The Jetstream Jacket has spent more days in the Alaskan bush than most and continues to receive rave reviews. We hope you have the same experience in the field too. The face fabric is a tightly woven 75 denier face that is inherently water resistant for inclemental weather conditions. This tightly woven face also delivers great abrasion, tear, and puncture resistance. Coupled with the weight saving heat-to-weight ratio benefits of the micro-grid backer and WINDSTOPPER laminate's really a tough solution to beat. Our top mountain hunting athletes default to the Jetstream time and time again. Please let us know how it performs for you as well.

I just received my Jetstream and I'm extremely pleased with it generally. Lightweight, stretchy--it promises to be a great general purpose jacket.

But, I have one specific criticism that I think the guys at Sitka probably would like to hear. I also have an older (discontinued) Celsius vest (which I love). The Celsius *jacket* had some awkward spots: weird straps at the wrist and mouth area, which the Jetstream jacket avoids. (This was why I chose the Celsius vest versus jacket in the first place).

And yet the Celsius also had more attention to other details: the zipper backer, for example, on the Celsius is a blended shade of gray/brown. I cannot for the life of me understand why Sitka used a bright white zipper backer on the Jetstream; if you have the coat partway unzipped, it shows (as seen in Mr. Putin's picture above), and frankly it looks cheap. I plan to color mine with permanent gray marker so it doesn't stand out as much.

Moreover, on the Celsius the zipper backer was actually edged over with a nice ribbon, folded over and stitched down, to prevent the outer edge from fraying; this not only looked nice but also increased the durability of the fabric. Finally at the base of the Jetstream zipper the stitching is just kind of wonky, like it barely passed QC. I only say this stuff because in my experience these are things fabric designers notice and hope their customers don't; this time we did, and it may be time for a word with the factory.

Finally, while the Celsius wasn't Gore-tex Windstopper, it was made of some kind of matrix-glued or laminated face fabric which has proven impressively durable. I liken the Celsius material to rhino hide. With the Jetstream the fabric is softer to the touch and--I believe--will be easier to pull loops in if you come up against something sharp, like a briar patch.

So in short I love the advanced design of the Jetstream and I think it is a clear improvement on the Celsius Jacket, especially at the cuffs and around the mouth flap, but in terms of build quality and attention to detail, I fear Sitka may have taken a minor step back.

I agree with all of the other reviews, this is a great jacket. However, until they start making tall/longer sizes I won't buy anymore Sitka gear. I'm 6'1 190lbs and the XL fits snug and perfect but it is at least 2" too short. Not sure about you but I don't like fealing a draft shooting up my back.

Just got back from a weekend elk hunt in the Bridger Teton National Forest, Jackson, Wy, where I live. We had a mixed bag of weather, 19-40 degrees, 5-30 mph wind, rain, graupel, snow and some sun. 7500 - 9800 ft elevation. Awesome system for moisture management! Day 1-Start out in morning 32degrees 20mph wind light rain as we started to gain in altitude we were hammered with graupel then snow. I went with merino top, traverse hoody [wore hood almost all day kept wind and snow off my neck], down vest and Jetstream Jacket. Jetstream is what you want for these conditions! Quiet, windproof, lIght weight, storage pockets, functional hood, freedom of movement and pit zips is a "have to have" feature for the mountain hunter. Day 2-19 degrees, added light down coat under Jetstream strip and add layers as needed. This is my new go to jacket love it!!

The Jetstream jacket is the first jacket I pull out of my sitka system for a couple reasons; the fabric is quiet, the jacket fits like it's custom, and the Windstopper membrane does exactly what it is supposed to do. You put this jacket on and it's clear that the boys in Bozeman see the details and did their homework. Since I archery hunt and shoot, the flexibility of the hood is also a huge plus. Hood-block is never an issue.

I absolutely fell in love with this jacket last year; while on a Caribou hunt in Alaska. I had previously owned the original version and had really liked it, except that I wished that it had pit zips and a hood. So when I got the updated version; low and behold: pit zips and hood!
Like I had mentioned before; I had used this jacket extensively while on a Caribou hunt, along the North Slope of the Brooks Mountain Range. We encountered weather that seemed to change about every twenty minutes; so it was a game of constant rearranging of your layers. This is one piece that I always put back on. Having a DWR treatment meant that I didn't have to bust out the raingear every time it started to drizzle.
The GORE Windstopper blocks the wind like an NFL linebacker, which is essential during high output activities, where you are prone to be sweating = retain body heat. It's not quite as breathable as the 90% jacket; so it is definitely the warmer of the two pieces (the pit zips come in handy). The jacket has more of an athletic fit; which makes it more friendly for layering underneath rain gear or other pieces. This jacket fits like a glove and is designed to move; I never feel "restrained" while wearing my Jetstream jacket. It's so comfortable that I've found myself wearing this jacket "around" and to work. For this very reason I am very stoked that it now is available in a solid color version. Hands down my favorite jacket; regardless of the activity.

Do you want a jacket that is both highly functional and looks sharp. Well this is it. The Jetstream jacket is made with Gore Windstopper fabric, this means that the wind doesn't blow away your heat but allows the jacket to breath. I wear this on campus, while biking, out with the lady, in the mountians, on a multipitch route, anywhere. Tons of pockets will hold whatever you need. Functional hood can fit over a helmet. One of the features I really like are the cuffs, these are tapered to fit snug without using a velcro tab. Pit zips help to cool you down if necessary. I am a Gore product tester and they got this jacket right. It doesn't look flashy like some other companies, blends right in. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a windproof, do all jacket.
