Great piece of gear. I

Great piece of gear. I wear it all the time by itself or layered over insulation. Really cuts the wind and water resistant unless its really raining hard. Pit zips are great and its pretty tough.

Awesome jacket

This jacket is awesome. It does such a great job of breaking the wind it’s incredible. Very comfortable for upland hunting.

Definitely my favorite jacket! Light, warm and quiet ! Got the chance to use it in the snow yesterday along with my 330 merino hoodie and wow , this is my new go to for duck and goose hunting and around town

Jet stream Jacket

Already put to use in Ohio deer hunt and ready for my Arizona Coues deer in January. As advertised….comfortable, lightweight and great camo pattern. Recommended.

Best Sitka purchased

Purchased a dozen Sitka pieces. This is the most versatile piece I purchased. I am a 42L and the large fits like it was a tailored jacket; not a ton of room to layer. The zipper armpits are awesome for long walks to regulate temperature!

Bought for an outer windoroof

Bought for an outer windoroof layer for my windy days upland hunting on the prairie. I couldn’t be more satisfied! 1st trip to SD w the coat & Mother Nature brought us 20 degrees w 40+ mph winds on the 2nd day! Jacket worked PERFECT!! Was able to handle the wind & stay out to reach limits!

It’s a little too thin

It’s a little too thin for my use was hoping for a little more weight for warmth

Basic shell

I own two older versions of the Jetstream jacket so took a chance on adding to my collection. Newer model is not the ‘overbuilt Windstopper’ of years past and more of a universal windbreaker, simply put. Product returned on arrival.

Great jacket

My boys love this jacket! It’s light weight but warm! And fits great! This is the second color we get! Definitely recommend.

The jacket is to pricey for the minimal warmth that the jacket gives

Jetstream Jacket

I love the jacket, very comfortable. I am sort of inbetween sizes which can be annoying, I went with the XXL for layering. It cuts the wind very well however it’s not as warm of a jacket as I was hoping for. Very light weight and good material, should last me a very long time. Awesome jacket for cutting the wind and for active big game hunting, I wouldn’t recommend it for treestand hunting though, especially not in Canada where we get really cold temperatures. Even sitting in my tree stand at 0* C it was pretty chilly and had to layer over it.

Great overall jacket to leave

Great overall jacket to leave the house in and be able to stay warm and dry, with wearing a bulky coat, at the same time looking nice and blocking out the wind and light rain

Best outer shell on the market!

This is the best outer shell on the market. Wind will not go through this jacket. Built in vents that you can unzip if needed. This is my go to jacket.

Awesome piece!

Worked out in the wind/snow/rain all day in the jacket. Outside was moist. Not wet. But the inside was completely dry and it broke the wind super well! Very impressed!

Great Jacket

This is a great all round jacket. It’s good for cool weather and put a puffy on under it for those days closer to 32 degrees. I especially like the zip pockets and the longer jacket tail in the back. The thing I don’t like are how small the sleeves are at the wrists.

Love this jacket as outside layer. Love that its available in Optifade Marsh as well for hunting in open oaks for my personal hunts. Crossing my fingers Optifade marsh will be used on timberline pants, (good combo with this jacket) as well as Optifade Marsh in storm front series would be great.

Great Addition to my Gearbag

Early season high elevation hunting in AZ can be tricky. Temps start out in the 20's and by mid day can be in the 60's. It's cold enough in the morning to need a jacket but as you get moving uphill you quickly need to shed layers. I would start out wearing three layers, the Jetstream, a Core Midweight, and Core Baselayer. I routinely need to shed layers down to the Core baselayer on the ascent but when I got where I was going I would need to add a layer. The Jetstream is a perfect part of that system. It has tough quiet exterior that uses the WindStopper technology to keep you warm on those glassing points where the wind is ripping. With a proper layer system it is good down into the single digits if you are moving.

It is pricy but you won't regret getting this jacket. It feels nice, and light, good for moving around, and keeps you warm. I got this mainly for an everyday jacket and have been loving it, It looks great and feels great.

Great pick!!!

Got this jacket as an outer layer and love how it layers with the rest of the system. It whicks water away well, and great with blocking wind. Would recommend as an every day jacket too.

I love Sitka gear!

I love the fit of the jacket and function but I have not field tested it yet, however, I am anticipating liking it as I have the many pieces of Sitka gear that I have.

My Favorite Jacket.

I've worn this jacket while chasing sheep in the mountains of Alaska to the Mongolian steppe. You will not find a better jacket. I have owned 4 of them. Open Country, Sub-Alpine, and 2 storm. You will not find a better jacket. I'm 6'3 200 pounds. The XL-tall was WAY! to big for me. Large fits well.

They always put the unpopular colors on sale in the most popular sizes. The popular colors go on sale in the most unpopular sizes!! Pay attention to their sales and you will see it!!!! I wanted a solid but it was only available in the golden color.. it was ok on the web but in person it is a hideous gold color!!!!
