Jacket has been great, fits true to size and is lightweight and warm. Been a great piece for sitting and spotting. Had a zipper issue and reached out for warranty, customer service had a replacement jacket on the way within days. Very satisfied

Best jacket ever

I have found this is my go to jacket. Perfect weight for whatever Montana can dish out for weather. Light, warm, fits great. I now have in four colors! 2 camo and 2 solid for around town. The fit is awesome for me in XXL, at 6 feet 260 pounds, it perfect for my large frame. I wear hunting, skiing, fishing, out and about. It is the perfect go to jacket!

Great insulation piece, especially for

Great insulation piece, especially for early fall and spring, when chance of rain can be in forecast as the synthetic aerolite down retains warmth when wet. I also use it as active insulation in cold temps. Not as hot as the Kelvin down but warm enough to keep you toasty while stopping for a break or glassing. Cuts wind really well too.

Kelvin Aerolite Jacket

The Kelvin Aerolite Jacket is perfect for backcountry hunting. Provides exceptional warmth in a lightweight package. This is my favorite November Kodiak Island puffy jacket. Paired with a Dew Point or Stormfront rain jacket you are ready for anything.

I am 5'11 that weighs

I am 5'11 that weighs anywhere between 210-230 with broad shoulders and a muscular build. Anything smaller than the 3xl would have definitely felt snug up top, but would have been good at the bottom. I don't find the bottom too loose like others have stated. Keeps wind out very well. My only gripe is the zipper. . . it likes to back off a hair when done up fully and can catch your chin or beard hairs. Otherwise no complaints.

Light Weight Warmth

It is incredible how thin and light weight the Kelvin Aerolite jacket is, but what is even more impressive is the consistent warmth it delivers! Although Montana has had a mild winter, there have still been many days below freezing. Through all conditions I've experienced with this jacket I've been comfortable wearing it. Highly recommend the Kelvin Aerolite for anyone looking for a light weight game changer.

I’ve been really impressed with the jacket overall. The fit is spot-on for me — it’s comfortable without feeling bulky, and it layers well whether I’m moving around or sitting still. One of the standout things is the look — it’s a sharp, clean jacket that definitely stands out compared to a lot of other hunting gear. Performance-wise, it does exactly what I need it to do. It keeps me warm without overheating, and it feels well-made like you’d expect from Sitka. My only real complaint is the torso length — it runs just a little short for my liking. It’s not a dealbreaker, but I do notice it, especially when reaching or bending. Overall, I’d still recommend it. Great fit, great style, and solid performance — just be aware of the slightly shorter cut.

Warm and packable

This jacket is awesome. It’s super warm and very packable. It compresses nicely. The sleeves taper toward the wrist so using as a layer underneath a waterproof jacket is perfect and not too bulky etc. I purchased a 2XL but it probably should’ve been an XLT. It’s too big in the torso, but the sleeves fit well. All in, great jacket that packs and layers well.

Lightweight and extremely warm for a thin jacket. To be exact 5’8” 180. Large fits perfect.

Amazing Jacket!!!

This has quickly become my favorite jacket. It’s a great layering piece under my Delta Wading jacket on cold PNW hunts. On Blue Bird Mallard days it is all I need, even with a strong cold east wind. No matter the hunt it always goes along with me.

I own 4 Kelvin aero lite jacket 2 different colors for hunting and fishing 2 for working round the house and another for my job. They run small Step up a size if you’re not using for layering

Workhorse

I have used these jackets for a long time now and I absolutely love them. From everyday used to Backcountry hunts, to cold days in the duck blind. You can't go wrong by picking one of these jackets up, or pick up two because you will love them.

Excellent product

I was looking for a warmer light weight non-down puffy and this jacket checks all the boxes. Way warmer than a Patagonia Nano Puff, and packs down to a similar size, plus the outer shell seems bomb proof. I love this jacket from Sitka.

Weight to warmth this is

Weight to warmth this is jacket really holds its own. I ran this jacket over two base layers, a fanatic hoodie and under the old school stratus in 14 degree weather and was fine. It’s very noisy if it’s your outer, but isn’t durable enough to go bushwhacking in anyways. Packs away small. If your bow hunting tuck the hood in and you’ll be all set.
