Love Sitka Gear

This jacket is perfect for a lightweight pack jacket. It isn't as warm as some of the Sitka jackets but it does well to take the edge off a cold morning. Love this jacket and well worth the money.

Awesome lightweight jacket

This jacket is pretty awesome! Only been able to use it once so far during the archery season here in Utah but it was great. Lightweight, does great in a windy environment and doesn’t have you overheating. Feels warm when you need it to be. But not too warm when you’re exerting yourself! Would 100% recommend!!

It is a very nice jacket and blocks the wind very well. It was one of the best purchases that I’ve made from Sitka.

Excellent light weight warm jacket.

Excellent light weight warm jacket. One of my favorites! You wouldn't think you would need a jacket in Hawaii, but at higher elevations and throw is some strong trade winds, it gets chilly.

At first I ordered a Large and when I received it in the mail, it was a little big on me. I exchanged it for a Medium and it fit perfectly. Sitka processed the exchange and had me the new size in less than a week.

This is my second jacket of this type. I have this one in Subalpine. Keeps the wind off and works well in the cooler temps of the Lowcountry of South Carolina.

Very nice jacket haven't worn in the field yet but feels great so far.

Comfortable but better options on the market

First off it is a nice jacket, fits well , very warm and breathable. The downside is that it's basically made of tissue paper and rips easy. Would not last long going through brush or having your dog jump on you . Would give it 5 stars if it was more durable but makes a good mid layer.

Great “lighter” heavy weight jacket. This series is one of my favorites. I have 3 different weight jackets from them with this being the heaviest non gortex that I own and has seen a lot of action. This is my second since I lost a lot of weight. So that’s saying something.

Lightweight and windproof!

I love using this one to take the bite out of the wind on those long glassing days at altitude. When you’re done just pack it away. It’ll stuff just about anywhere.

I have relied on Sitka gear for my hunting needs for years. Now, I wear "non camo" Sitka jackets for every day use. The Kelvin Aerolite Jacket in black fits the bill perfectly. Warm, lightweight and packable, just what I was looking for. Sitka clothing sizes do tend to run small but if you realize that up front and order accordingly, you won't be disappointed. I usually wear XL but always order XXL from Sitka and it fits perfectly.

Amazing

I bought this for my son who hiked to the top of mountains every weekend. This jacket is a lightweight jacket unlike any I have felt. It allows for great mobility while helping to keep gear to a minimum of weight. My son said “it’s the best jacket he has ever worn. My son researched the aerogel that’s between the liner and the exterior fabric he fell even more in love with the thermal technology. I would 100% recommend this to everyone. Thank you for such an amazing product. 👍

Seems like a great jacket

Seems like a great jacket but won't know for sure until it cools down in the fall and I can get some time in the field with it. Quality appears to be high and fit is good. Very lightweight and packs down small.

Must have for waterfowlers!

This is my new favorite jacket and will always have one of these wherever I go. It stays dry and at the ready in my 110 duffle. It truly does stay dry and light even when wet. Hate to say it but when I was on a kayak and my dog toppled us; my whole jacket was completely wet but I pushed thru and never once thought about being colder than I already was Take my advice and get this. Beg, borrow, whatever you need to do.

Exactly what I was looking for!

I was looking for an extremely lightweight jacket that can keep me warm. I have several Sitka jackets that are warm but wanted one a little lighter for packing. This feels like the jacket, I’ll be using it on my September elk hunt and as an insulation layer duck hunting. I don’t think I’ll be using it as an outer layer during whitetail season, a little too noisy. Can’t wait to see how it handles!

Keeps you warm & cuts the wind out

I waterfowl hunt from Sept to the end of Jan. When the temps drop & the wind howls this is my go to jacket. This keeps me warm well down into the low 20's & with wind gusts from 20mph to 45mph, you can't even tell it's blowing outside! I have quite a bit of Sitka Gear & it is truly a great system. It has been replacing my other hunting gear for a few years now! It's lightweight & does what it says it does. Whenever I have a hunting trip planned, I pack my Sitka Gear up & it goes with me from Maine to Canada to Alaska. Never overweight with airline baggage & have everything I need for any weather/hunting conditions.
