Permaloft vest. .
Permaloft filler is the warmest I have ever had. I have been searching for a new vest to replace my old one. It is thing, easily packs into real compact area, but real warm to wear. It fits true to size, so if you are looking for one to wear over some heavy clothing, I would suggest going up one size. Mine fits like a regular shirt. It is a medium. I do wish they were made with upper and Lower zipper pulls to loosen up the bottom for when sitting in a stand. Overall, to wear alone, or under a heavy winter jacket, this is great.

This vest is exactly what I’ve looked for! Actually I have a black one now a grey one. It’s lightweight but provides that extra layer for comfort on those chilly morning or cool afternoons. I wished it had draw strings for the bottom to close it up a bit. That’s the only improvement I see.
