I purchased the maroon vest with black Sitka emblem. I got a maroon vest with white emblem which I wasn’t pleased with. I also thought the vest was thicker like in the pictures. It was not and was thin.

Quality concern

I own 5-6 Sitka vests and may other items. Huge supporter because of quality. The zipper in this vest is noticeably cheaper.

My opinion on this vest and Sitka in general

I love this vest, its my daily go to when it gets cold. I will not wear any other Camo on the planet , simply because Sitka has not forgotten Veterans and the Sacrifices that have been made by the Military!! Others should take note and adjust, but I would not switch Camo if they did now!!

Decent vest

Nice vest but it a little long. I’m 5 11” and it just seems to ride a little too far below the belt. Paper thin too. I’m not sure how warm it will be.

Lightweight and packable. Folds up tight and is a great addition to a blind bag for an extra layer of warmth. I sweat a lot setting up in the mornings, then battle cold throughout the day. Often add this extra layer and my chills quickly go away.

Great little vest. I’ve been on the fence about what best to grab for a few years now and I’m beyond happy I chose the Micro down. Extremely lightweight, pretty quiet and very comfortable. Stuffs away nice into your pack. It was a warmer hunting season so I used the vest as the very most outer layer over a hoodie/jacket. The hunts are over now but It’s become one of my go-to pieces of gear and I’m still wearing it daily over a regular hoodie. I bought a size L 6’ @190lbs. Fits well and as you’d expect.

My boyfriend wore it on our morning walk at about 45° & had to remove his hat after about 10 minutes. Very warm and light.
