They're great. Mine were a little stiff the first day or two, but after that, they've been extremely comfortable. I typically wear a 10 & 1/2, but went with a 10. Fits my foot perfectly. May wanna size up if your foot is on the wider size, though.

Im a believer!
The ranger footwear is awesome. Great slip on, supportive and comfortable. if you take em on more of adventure, use the heel strap and you are good to go. Ive worn them to the blind, tree stand, after fishing and morning walks around the neighborhood. I bought a size 10 in the rover, but these run a bit smaller in comparison and my long toe barely rubs when walking.

This is my first ownership of shoes that most people would call Crocs. I could never bring myself to buy a pair of Crocs, but needing a camp shoe, Sitka Gear grabbed my attention with these likely due to their waterfowl pattern which I find exceedingly appealing. Now that I have them…I’m rather enamored. They look good, and they feel good. Are they worth the Sitka Gear price? They are to me.

Better than the "Other Brand"
I've had several pair of the "original brand" that pioneered this style of shoe, and there are a couple of distinct differences you should know about. First of all, the fit. . . I wear a size-13 shoe. So I ordered a size-13 Ranger. When I got the Ranger, it had a lip on the heel that the "other brand" does not. As a result, the fit was snug, not too small, but my foot definitely filled the whole area of the shoe. I decided to keep them and wear them and after a few days, they seemed to "wear in" to my foot and now fit just right. So, if you like them to fit more loosely, I'd maybe recommend going a "size-up. " Secondly, on the "other brand" I'd wear through the bottoms at a rate of about 1-pair per year (I live in the South, so I spend alot of time in this style shoe). The material/tread on the Ranger seems to be MUCH more heavy-duty/durable, so I don't think I'll have this issue. I'm sure over time, these will wear-out as well, but I wouldn't be surprised if I got 2-to-3 times the use out of a pair. Lastly the price. . . the first pair of the "other brand" I bought way-back-when was $19. 99, now that exact same model is somewhere between $45-$60. So, even if you miss the Sitka Sales that go on several times a year, bit of extra expense seems to be worth it to me for a product that I think will last much, much longer!!

The new Ranger shoes are very comfortable and durable as well as nice looking! I have 3 pair of Crocs but I like my Rangers much better! The lower portion of the heel is raised a little so they do not slide off my feet as easily. I definitely give them 5 Stars!!

The ultimate comfort shoe
