The Rover Down Jacket is an incredible product from Sitka. It’s so light that you barely notice that you are wearing it. I was glad to have on some very cold days this winter. The fit is very comfortable and it’s well made. Highly recommend for casual use as well.

Almost Perfect Jacket
Like all Sitka gear well made and with their everyday wear stylish. The jacket is warm and has great features like lined hand warmer pockets but the jacket has one major flaw for me and it’s how it fits around the arm/chest area. The fit is fine everywhere except for this and it is significantly tight bordering on uncomfortable. It works okay with a light shirt but prevents any layering. This is unfortunate as it is a great winter jacket.

I own a lot of Sitka gear and it’s all size large. I bought this jacket and it’s tight in the shoulders. Sent it back. Bought the new hyper down jacket in a large and I could fit two grown men in it! Size LARGE SHOULD BE A LARGE! Stop messing with the sizes!

This jacket is super warm! It runs a little big unless you're layering. As an everyday jacket, I would've preferred a more athletic cut. . . wider shoulders/chest and less bulk in the midsection. Overall happy though.

Very nice everyday jacket
High quality jacket, very warm and love the windstopper. The fleece lined pockets are nice too. The sizing is slightly big Im kind of an Xtra medium. 5’8 175lbs athletic build. A medium would have been too small, the large is nice because I can wear a thick hoodie underneath. So far very happy with this jacket

Rover Down Jacket
Purchased during a recent sale,a d although I missed the color I wanted (Deep lichen instead of Lizard), but so far it's been a great jacket. Cuts wind effectively but not very water resistant. I like my old Jetstream better as far as features (pit zippers, removable hood, chest pockets) but like most products nowadays the older the better the quality. Can't beat Sitkas lifetime warranty though.

Optimistic but not battle tested
I bought this for WI winters and has not been super cold yet to test how warm it is. I am very happy with the quality and how light it is but am apprehensive that it will be what I’m looking for warmth wise. I am 5’10 180 and got a size large. It’s a tad bigger than I would prefer but not sure how a Medium would fit. I also wish that this jacket had optional thumb holes.

Great Jacket.
I’m 5’9” 185lbs and the LRG fits me very well. This jacket is well made, very comfortable, and warm. Blocks wind as well. I can wear a short sleeve tshirt as a base at 20deg F with this jacket and be completely comfortable. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a new daily winter jacket.

Great jkt. . . but euro style sizing.
I'm a medium-sized dude and the medium fit me good bodies. A little blouse and the arm pits are a little tight for athletic american builds. The jacket fits a lot like european styles that Ive owned before, with a blousier torso, and tighter shoulder and arm dimensions.
