The over all hat vents, weight, fabrics are perfect. Wish it came in solids but the hat gets a 3 star for the brim is to small def in the back. Sun still gets on it pretty well no matter how I wear it. Add 2 inches and some solids please.

Great hat. Used in Silverton, Colorado; Sitka, Alaska while kayaking and running a Zodiac off my friend's 120' yacht (The Kayana) from Juneau; and finally salmon fishing in the highlands of Scotland. Built like a tank. Would like to see solid colors. Love the venting - what a difference it makes. Another quality product from Sitka.

Best Boonie hat ever made for the desert sun; just enough coverage and plenty of ventilation.

If they would make it in Open Country pattern, all would be right with the world......no really....

Best boonie style hat I've ever had. Super comfortable like the Sitka cap. The mesh on the sides keeps you cool. All round great hat to keep the sun off ya when hunting, fishing, traveling or just mowing the yard. Would love Sitka guys to make this hat in solid color like moss or mud. Can't go wrong getting this hat.
